"Beautiful designed hotel with excellent service and food"

"Our highlight of the trip to South Africa. From the time we landed in Hoedspruit airport, to the warm welcome we received by the Nyati staff when we reached the lodge. It was just amazing. Special commend to Chef Cepo and his team who catered to our dietary requirements perfectly and cooked some amazing dishes The braai experience and the meal under the countless star at the Bauma. His team also ensured our regular requirements were on our dinner table without us asking for it . The amazing and friendly Ashante who ensured we were part of all the game drives including those when we personally requested for a drive an hour later in the early mornings. Game ranger Daniel for an exhilarating night safari experience with the elephants & Kayla for the morning safari drive and the warm coffee break . A special thanks to Game ranger Kenith for some amazing safari experiences and ensuring we saw the black rhino and the leopard. He even tried his best for us to spot the lion though we did not see any. Our lodge, Olifant 1 was amazing and super spacious with all amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was spotlessly clean. Those 4 nights at Nyati will be etched in our minds for a long time to come."

"What a lovely beautiful top class place. All top class. And then you know what happens to me? The beer bottle rolls over falls down and breaks: What a mess! A little while later... The same happens with my glass! The hosts were so nice and kind about it; not the slightest feeling of "how clumsy this stupid guest is" or anything remotely like that! Quite the contrary: UNDERSTANDING, SYMPATHY, HELPFULLNESS. In short "Gastfreundshaft" (Hospitality with a personal touch). I am coming back: "I'll be back.." (with plastic bottles and plastic cups!)"

"We have just left a 4 night stay at Karongwe River Lodge residing in one of the two Presidential Suites. Everything was outstanding - the accommodation, food, service, attention to detail but most importantly the game drives!! Our driver and tracker were incredible, doing everything in their power to ensure that we saw every possible animal safely and in comfort. We spent 2 hours tracking lions and found a whole beautiful pride. It was so exciting and fun! We saw the big 5 and so many others and felt so lucky. I have not been to other game reserves but could not recommend this one highly enough. The lodge and facilities are beautiful as is the whole reserve."
