We stayed here for two nights. This place needs a little work. We checked in via the app, which suggested a preferred room for us to choose. Well, that suggested room was the one with the air units directly outside the window. I'm not expecting a wonderful view in Moore, but how could this really be the room the Hilton app suggested was best? Once I kicked my shoes off in the room (after spraying some air freshener I brought because I caught a faint whiff of fast food), I noticed the carpet throughout the room and the bathroom floor had a distinct tacky feel. The sofa was noticeably dirty, as well. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and left a 3-inch gap open. To top it off, the mattress felt old because I could feel some springs. I normally like Hampton mattresses, but this one was off. Breakfast options were the usual Hampton fare. But I noticed on the second morning that the shredded cheese container had flecks of mold in it. This location is sub-standard, in my opinion.

This is a fabulous hotel! In a really great location, like new, super clean, great breakfast served daily and the staff is fantastic! They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect and you have everything you need! Highly recommend!!

The Hampton Inn in Moore was a great stay. It is in a convenient spot when traveling on I-35. The Inn is a fairly new property and typical of the latest Hampton design. The room was very clean and all items worked. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and recommend the staff and the room quality.

First, the good stuff: Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was the standard not-too-tasty-but-free buffet. The not-great stuff: This is one of the hotels that went to not cleaning the room every day. I didn't see the signage about that until later, so I was surprised to come into the room and see it not made up. The bad stuff that made me give it a poor review was that on our second night, things just started falling apart in our room. A hook on the bathroom holding a small dopp kit fell off the wall when we put a towel on it. While my kid was in the shower, a piece of the tile fell off. We just looked at each other and said "We gotta get out of here!" Luckily that happened the morning we were leaving anyway.

I know we all park at our own risk at hotels, but 8 vehicles having their windows busted out/ broken into overnight (including 2 of my windows) is very aggravating. From talking to a few people within the area this seems to be a common problem. Not sure of what a solution looks like in this scenario, but might need further attention.

The hotel was very clean and updated, but we woke up in the morning to find one of the windows of our car smashed in. Fortunately nothing was taken, but we were left with a big mess to clean up and a major hassle to get a window replaced prior to driving on our second leg of our Thanksgiving Road Trip. We heard there were at least 12 other cars that this happened to in the area that night. We also heard this is not an uncommon occurrence in this area. A special shout out to Eagle 1 Auto Glass for getting our window replaced quickly and to Tommy’s Express Car Wash for assisting us with the clean up. Thanks for saving our Thanksgiving trip!

We were in town for a family memorial service and needed to be in this part of OKC. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and quiet and staff was friendly. The breakfast was typical for Hampton Inns. We would stay here again if we needed to be in this part of OKC.

When reading that this is a hotell by Hilton I do admit I have some expectations. Not because of celebrity Paris but the Hilton name bears some significance. Well, it may have been great 30 years ago. Now it's more like a motel. A bit run down, DIY-ish breakfast, only 1 cablepoint so do bring your plugs. All bad? No! Very good , soft Queen sized beds in our twinbedded room. Lots of pillows. Fridge and they gave us each a bottle of water. Icemachine close by. But if you'd like e beer watching the pretty new LG flatscreen, bring them with you. And use the icebucket. Not much on offer in the lobby machines. Easy to park outside But to the point of run down. At this level they ought to avoid towels with holes in them. Nice bathroom, by the way. A friend paid for the room with her points, so I don't know the price. I hope they don't charge too much..
