在蒙特利爾住了4天，選了down town 的這個酒店，挺舒適的，有微波爐冰箱。還是一樣沒有拖鞋。酒店旁邊有個公交車總站，可以坐747到機場，11刀。酒店旁邊有很多流浪漢和一些drug 的人。

Fortunately, I did not believe her explanation and turned around to open the payment lock of the credit card, so there was no loss. During the entire trip, none of the hotels recorded my credit card information. They all swiped the card directly and froze it with the POS machine. This is the normal operation. There were bedbugs and mold in our room. They would not move us to another room. We tried to leave and find another hotel but our car was parked in their parking lot and we were blocked by other cars so we couldn’t get out. We had no choice but to stay the night. We tried to reach management last night, but had no luck. And we had no luck trying to talk to management either. We’re trying to get a refund for the room through Trip.com. We were not successful at getting a refund for the $45 parking that we paid so we are going through our credit card company to fight it. We had to pay $250 deposit they gave us the receipt, but when we left, they would not give us a receipt for refunding that $250. We have been traumatized by this hotel and do not plan to use Trip.com again since they will not provide us with a refund. My wife was throwing up all night. This was a complete nightmare.
