Not very clean. The sheets were stained.
The attitude at the front desk was bad. I asked several times and got different answers. I felt a bit discriminatory. Obviously there is a microwave and hot water in the common area. I asked three front desk staff and they all gave different answers. Their attitude was average.
The location is very good, very close to the metro.

The hotel's private parking lot cost 103 Canadian dollars for two nights. I paid and put down my luggage, went out for dinner, and came back. There was no parking space. I went to the front desk to solve it. The front desk said that it would cost 18 dollars a night to park in the public parking lot next door, and the parking fee for two nights would be fully refunded. As a result, on the first day, they said that the system crashed, on the second day, they said they would wait for the manager to order in the system, and on the third day when I checked out, they said that they had ordered it and it would be returned to the account within 1-3 working days. Now more than 20 days have passed, and I have made countless calls. Sometimes they said that they had refunded it, and sometimes they asked for credit card information (what information is needed for the original refund?), and finally they simply said that they had not refunded it. ****, such a hotel has no credibility at all, who dares to stay here? !

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is a 2-minute walk to the subway station and there is a direct bus to the airport. The room hygiene can be improved. In addition, the sound insulation of the room is not very good and you can hear the voices of the guests next to you.
