The hotel has a superior location and an elegant environment. There is a special festive atmosphere near Christmas. The hotel staff is polite, and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is very close to the scenic spots.

Climate of moderate euphoria here at the Radisson. Old style hotel, services a bit 60's style, but well looked after and clean. Large, bright rooms, with furnishings that are not always new, but well maintained. The Cortese staff is helpful, the bar and the restaurant are pleasant places, in particular the rooftop with a truly splendid view. The quality of food and drinks is average, not extraordinary. Overall a great hotel.

Very low standard for a 5 star hotel. Room size good, old furniture but all clean. If you have been to other Radisson hotels you’ll be very disappointed with the poor breakfast buffet. Also the Jacuzzi in the Spa area was disgustingly dirty.

Me hospedé porque participaba de un evento y tomé la promoción dos días y una noche. La habitación muy confortable y la vista inmejorable. La atención del personal super amable. Puedes almorzar y cenar sin salir del hotel. Recomiendo ampliamente.

5 estrelas apenas o preço! Pecam muito no quesito serviços/atendimento. Negativo: -Ninguém para levar malas. -Café poderia ser padrão 5 estrelas de verdade, não é. -Limpeza da área da piscina enqto os hóspedes utilizam o local, extremamente desagradável, máquina de limpeza com cloro e barulho lavando o chão, saltando nos hóspedes enquanto nadam -Tomadas do quarto 1462 todas com problema, vejam as fotos que anexei aqui na avaliação (não sustentam o carregador de celular) -sem lixeira no quarto -secador de cabelo bastante antigo -sem tomadas próxima a cama - garagem 10 dólares e adicional de 10 dólares para o manobrista levar o carro até a garagem (oi??? Vivem em que mundo??) Positivo -limpeza -tamanho do quarto - quarto duplo com duas camas de casal -localização

Location is great, accessible to multiple restaurants and attractions. View is very good, over the port, but service is DISAPPOINTING. Definitely not five stars. Rooms are clean, beds are good, but showers really bad, either very hot or very cold and water pressure is terrible. Breakfast buffet is jazzed up plates of sliced cheese and ham, and several types of egg mixtures that come from a carton! No omelette or anything close to it. The hotel was full on weekend so there was a line of 20 minutes for breakfast! Although the lady in charge of Dining Area is very nice and polite, and doing her best, this is far from being a five star standard by ANY account. Finally, my flight was late in the day so I asked if I could use the Spa and was told Of Course. After using it, I was told the Showers are closed! I explained that I need to shower and change before boarding, and that I explicitly called to check if Spa is open. The manger insisted that showers are closed, it seems they are Not part of the Spa!!!. I managed to wash and change and went to complain to hotel management, only to be told that they will make it up for me “next time.” As if I will come again! No thank you. One can probably get much better accommodations with better showers in a good Air bnb in same location, rather than pay for a presumed five stars that offer disappointing service.

Não tem estacionamento (sendo que no anúncio, tem) - funcionários dizem que são poucas vagas e praticamente nunca tem. Funcionários mal educados e quando estivemos no hotel não tinha água quente (o dia todo para manutenção) e nos deram a opção de ir tomar banho na piscina - em um hotel 5 estrelas? Péssima experiência, eu não recomendo!
