Veldig fornøyd, hyggelig personale
Vi ble tatt så godt i mot av en utrolig hyggelig resepsjonist som snakket godt engelsk. Vi fikk full forklaring over ulike båt og tog som kan benyttes for å besøke alle byene rundt. Alle som jobbet på hotellet var utrolig hyggelig! Det var rent og pent! Rommet vårt var overraskende lite og trangt da vi var tre stykker. Men vi var lite på rommet, så det gikk helt fint. Supert med en lite kjøleskap slik at vi kunne oppbevare kald drikke.

Eminent service.
Veldig viktig å komme inn i byen fra rette siden(vest). 1 er stengt (medfører stor omvei), og den rette er stengt rett etter veien som går inn til dette hotellet. Fantastisk service: Han som var i resepsjonen (sjefen?) hjalp til med koffertene, og var med og viste meg hvor bilen skulle stå parkert. Vi fikk til og med la bilen stå langt utover neste dagen, mens vi var og gikk tur i CinqueTerre. P-plassen var inngjerdet og låst. Rommet var ikke så veldig stort, men helt OK. Fin rustikk original italiensk feeling. Frokost var ikke inkludert, men tilgjengelig for 15 € pr.person. Vi avtalte å se hva de hadde å by på, før vi eventuelt slo til på det. Frokosten var faktisk av de bedre vi har hatt i Italia, men definitivt ikke verdt 15€. Men vi tok den likevel, siden det var så praktisk. Vi fikk utlevert badehåndklær (lå på senga på rommet) til å bruke på stranden, uten ekstra kostnader. Digg å ta seg en dukkert etter en lang dag i CinqueTerre.

We loved our magical time in Cinque Terre and the experience was made even more magical by all the staff and especially Manuel at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful at check in explaining everything about the hotel and the area and made recommendations and answered questions. All the staff couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. They were incredibly patient. The hotel is in a perfect location just steps away from a market and the beach and was kept incredibly clean with air conditioning that worked really well which was much needed for these very, very hot days, also a very quiet hotel for a comfortable and wonderfully restful stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay at Hotel Punta Mesco again and in the meantime will highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you to Manuel and the entire staff who made our experience and time in Monterosso beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and also appreciated the breakfast and everyone’s attentiveness very much! It was a wonderful start to every morning to set the tone for a great day!

Manuel at reception was so helpful. He went out of his way to assist us. We had SIM card issues, he called the provider for us and stayed on the phone long time to resolve our issue. He went beyond his job description to make us feel at home. Great location, 3 mint walk to the beach. I will go back for sure.

Excellent hotel, very close to the beach, dining, shopping, and train station. Very helpful staff provided train and boat schedules, assisted with luggage and parking, and offered great suggestions.
