Posto meraviglioso , cucina top. Però su 2 notti , 1 notte al freddo non è il massimo. Il calorifero non andava abbiamo segnalato alla recepition ma è stato risolto il giorno dopo. Da un certo livello di struttura ti aspettavi altro… per il resto tutto ok….

We enjoyed a junior suite facing the sea and had a beuatiful sunset. The hotel is adjacent to a very nice terrazza that wraps. along the water front. This was off season so not as much people traffic compared to the warmer minths. A rooftop bar and resteraunt was icing on the cake.Staff was bery nice.

Beautiful place in a beautiful peaceful location, the surrounding landscape is idyllic. The pool area is lovely and quiet and you can have drinks brought to you from the bar. The staff are lovely and are there when you need them but let you get on with it. The young girl (sorry didn’t take her name) is lovely and really helpful. The breakfast choices are great and the dinner menu is exceptional. What an amazing place we loved it. Watch out for the European Bee Eater birds and fire flies. We stayed in room 19 which has a little balcony and pool view so I would ask for that room if you can. You don’t need towels for the pool area they are included and there are plenty of toiletries in the bathroom including toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which is enough for a few days. You can walk to Monteriggioni from here and also up to the mountain nearby amongst other places. It’s a perfect base for visiting Siena and Florence. Go to Col De Val D’Elsa if can and also Volterra.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni erano impeccabili, la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff una nota aggiunta ad un posto veramente suggestivo. Il ristorante, dove viene consumata la colazione, è dotato di una vetrata con vista mozzafiato sulla val d’elsa fino a San Gimignano. La colazione: perfetta. Unica nota non positiva, dettata dalla tipologia di struttura, l’insonorizzazione delle camere. Si sente tutto quello che accade nella stanza adiacente… bagno compreso!

Molto bello e panoramico, camino enorme che crea una splendida atmosfera, soprattutto a Natale con l'albero di Natale immenso affianco. Luogo tranquillo per rilassarsi, leggere e passeggiare. Torneremo sicuramente. Camere grandi e pulite

Un posto davvero incantevole ! Personale disponibile gentile e accogliente. Il posto è molto curato, pulito, e vista l'antchità della dimora non è affatto scontato. Merita assolutamente una cena al loro ristorante .. cuoco eccellente!! La colazione servita sempre nella veranda del ristorante è abbondante e varia dal dolce fatto in casa al salato : uova, salumi toast... frutta fresca brioche pan cake.. e tanto altro. Un posto romantico, immerso nella quiete e nel silenzio. La camera a noi assegnata abbastanza spaziosa con un piccolo soggiorno provvista di frigobar. Ottima la dotazione di bagnoschiuma e non solo. Da migliorare solo la qualità del materasso.. Un posto ovviamente da consigliare !!

Si dice che l’abito non faccia il monaco. In questo caso è molto vero. Certamente non una struttura da 4 stelle. Camera con arredo dozzinale e bagno piccolissimo con servizi quasi inutilizzabili. Il panorama e il luogo meriterebbe qualcosa di decisamente meglio. It is said that the dress does not make the monk. In this case it is very true. Certainly not a 4-star hotel. Room with cheap furniture and very small bathroom with almost unusable services. The view and the place deserve something much better.
