Nice plan for families, the water park is perfect for children at all ages. The slow river is good for chilling. The breakfast is very good because is buffet type with many options. There are mini golf, train and other games for children and the disco is quite nice for adults.

Tienen atracciones para niños,piscina, trencito, pero solo pueden usarlos si estan con los papás, vinimos dos parejas con 1 hijo cada una de 7 y 9 años y nos tocó turnarnos para cuidar los niños, no pudimos hacer ninguna actividad juntos. En la mayoría de loa hoteles tienen actividades todo el día para los niños, acá solo tienen 1 hora de actividad al día para ellos. Por el precio de este hotel se pueden conseguir opciones mejores.

Hotel muy bonito espacial para niños pero es muy mala la seguridad , no controlan los borrachos que hacen fiestas hasta la madrugada en un hotel familiar . Se reportó esto a la recepción y No Sabían que estábamos padeciendo y posteriormente No hicieron nada , ni se acercaron a verificar, ni si quiera pasaron el reporte .

Bueno es la 2 vez que vinimos por mi hija que adora las piscinas ! El hotel es muy bueno es su infraestructura, aseo y demás ! Pero se queda corto en la atención ! El personal de piscina prácticamente hay que ir a buscarlos para que te atiendan ! El olor a aguas residuales en la zona del Río lento es incómodo , la comida se quedan muy cortos con el bufet poruqe no hay variedad , el personal del restaurante no te atiende para nada ! Vimos en varias ocasiones que estaban desocupados reunidos y solo te miran y se fisgonean entre ellos ! No lo recomiendo!

Hotel excesivamente costoso comparado con sus pares. Tiene las mejores instalaciones pero sus precios no lo acompañan. Sin duda es el mejor hotel de la zona, piscinas impecables, buenos restaurantes, juegos para niños, gym, etc, pero con mi poca gente. Deben repensar su política de precios si quieren subsistir.

Pésimo servicio cuando llueve. Todo el hotel se colapsa y ningún servicio funciona bien, como room Service. Decían que envían un carro para llevarlo al restaurante pero después de una hora nunca llegó y para pedir servicio a la habitación tampoco sirve por la lluvia. Muy mala experiencia para el precio que cobran.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and all of the property is spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and all of the meals we had were very good.

Muchas reparaciones en curso por todos lados, desvíos, bloqueos Comida en general de regular a mala Se ve más como un lugar dirigido a familias con niños pequeños muchos recursos para ellos como trenecito juegos mecánicos juegos de parque etc no tanto para relax o trabajo
