Bei Anreise haben wir einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein für eine Übernachtung und ein Essen im Luxusrestaurant vorgelegt. Dieser wurde akzeptiert. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau wollten wir dann zum Essen in das Restaurant, als man uns mitteilte, dass der Gutschein nicht gültig sei. Alle Versuche zu einem Kompromiss wurden abgelehnt, sodass wir sofort abreisten. Natürlich mussten wir zum Aufenthalt auch die nicht genutzte Nacht komplett zahlen. Das Geld für den Gutschein wurde zusätzlich einbehalten. Schöne Fassade mit schäbigen Management. Unbedingt meiden.

Vraiment hotel, très bien situé. Chambres très confortables , silencieuses et propreté parfaite. LE SPA est de très bonne qualité avec soins annexes. Les restaurants sont parfait avec des produits locaux et fait maison pour la plupart. Le Gastronomique K est fabuleux on approche la seconde étoile au Michelin. BRAVO ET MERCI!

Belle propriété dans un environnement que nous n'avons pu juger à cause d'une météo défavorable. Excellent repas au restaurant K qui mérite largement son étoile. Chambre chaleureuse et confortable. Service irréprochable. Spa plutôt agréable (même si certains usagers manquent de discrétion)
