De mis peores experiencias en hospedaje, teníamos un evento familiar y días antes nos dejaron a todos sin habitaciones, aun con un anticipo. La solución fue cobrarnos mucho mas y eliminar el desayuno (que bueno el restaurante muy malo).

Mi hermano bloqueó varias habitaciones desde hace meses, debido a que se casa en la ciudad de Montemorelos… 1. les hicieron un precio especial el cual decidieron NO respetar 2. Se podía reservar y pagar al llegar, después nos llamaron para pedirnos anticipos 3. Yo en lo personal tenía una reservación la cual reservé y pagué directamente en el Lobby y al Pasó de los meses me llaman para decirme que tengo que pagar pero obvio ya estaba liquidada!!!! 4. Había habitaciones que estaban pagadas en su totalidad y no reservadas!!!! 5. Cancelaron habitaciones con anticipos Y AHORA NO QUIEREN HACER EL REEMBOLSO!!! Cuando el Pago ya había sido más del 50% SIN AVISAR ANTES A LOS HUÉSPEDES ES UN FRAUDE TOTAL, SE ROBAN TU DINERO. NO HAGAN SUS EVENTOS NI SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ JAMÁS SE ARREPENTIRÁN MUCHO! EL PERSONAL NO ESTÁ CAPACITADO, NO TIENEN ORGANIZACIÓN, APUNTAN TODO EN UN PIZARRON Y LA MÁXIMA AUTORIDAD DEL HOTEL Y EMPLEADOS SON UNOS DESPOTAS COMPLETAMENTE! YA NO CONTESTAN CORREOS, TELÉFONOS Y NOS ESTÁN BLOQUEANDO EN REDES SOCIALES!

Me hospede en el mes de Julio 2022, hice mi reservación y pague con un mes de anticipado la Habitación Jr Suite, y cuando llego al hotel resulta ser que habían rentado mi habitación, la señorita de recepcion no sabia ni que hacer, no decía nada, nomas se me quedaba viendo, tal vez esperando que yo le diera la solución, y así fue, le dije que me diera cualquier habitación y reembolsaran la diferencia, pero la señorita no soluciono NADA... Ese mismo día por la tarde decidimos comer en el restaurante del hotel, el cual se encontraba sucio y desordenado, ya que habían tenido un evento, nos sentamos y en 15 minutos nadie se acerco a tomar pedido, decidimos salirnos inmediatamente... Debo mencionar que ninguno de los empleados usa cubre boca, ni siquiera los meseros, nadie; La verdad es que los empleados no son nada amables, no tienen nada de empatía con los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son buenas aunque un poco descuidadas.

muy recomendable, excelente opcion para visitar con la familia, alimentos muy ricos y excelente atencion del personal *solo tuve el inconveniente en una de las televisiones, pero finalmente no impidio que disfrutara mi estancia en el hotel

Muy buen trato, servicio, atención de los empleados , buen precio de alimentos y calidad de los mismos, excelente las instalaciones de jardín, alberca, asadores y palapas. y gran estacionamiento. Rapido check inn y check out.
