Ingresso della struttura fatiscente, pessima accoglienza. All'arrivo ci dicono che non risulta la prenotazione del pranzo (fatto via mail e da loro confermato) ma soprattutto che da qualche tempo non è più possibile parcheggiare all'interno, anche se i parcheggi sono quasi tutti liberi. 5 stelle????????? Molto ma.mplto discutibili. Altra nota dolente il pranzo. Ricordavamo buonissimo il club sandwich di qualche tempo fa. Lo ritroviamo diverso, senza sapore, nemmeno l'insalata dentro ha alcun gusto! Materie prime molto scadenti, salmone insipido. Pessimo!

Hotel molto bello e ben ristrutturato. Camera, non molto grande, ma ben arredata e pulita adeguatamente. La stanza è stata risistemata sia al mattino che alle sera ( senza dover chiedere la preparazione per la notte). Dotata di macchinetta del caffè’ e terrazzo con tavolo e sedie. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e professionale, sia per quanto riguarda il personale di reception, della SPA o del servizio ristorante. Colazione ottima, con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Mi è piaciuta un po’ meno la cena della prima sera ( pessima) ma la seconda sera è stata ottima e mi ha sorpresa piacevolmente. Anche le vettovaglie, dai bicchieri alle posate, sono adeguate ad un 5 stelle. Un po’ delusa dalla scarsa scelta di massaggi. La SPA è molto molto bella, le piscine ottime, ampie e ben disposte. Quello che proprio non mi è piaciuto di questo delizioso hotel è che l’entrata alla SPA da parte di ospiti esterni sia la medesima dell’hotel; c’è tanto via vai, magari proprio mentre ti stai godendo un aperitivo al bar dell’hotel, e questo andare e venire rovina un po’ l’atmosfera. Nel complesso, super consigliato.

Siamo venuti la settimana prima di Natale e solo ora mi sono presa due minuti per scrivere quanto bene siamo stati e che effetti ha avuto questa Vacanza : che dire ? Puro relax, benessere fisico e mentale! Siamo degli habitué delle Spa e conosciamo bene i trattamenti che offrono alla maggior parte di loro. Al Relilax ho scoperto la riflessologia plantare di , Elena , e i rituali tricologici di Réka, la loro passione e amore per il loro lavoro arriva in tutti i sensi soprattutto nel benessere finale. Bravi, ci vediamo prestissimo.

SUCCESSIVAMENTE POSSO DIRE CHE COMUNQUE E' STATO UN BEL SOGGIORNO: AMBIENTI CURATI E RILASSANTI... RISTORANTE PER LA CENA OTTIMO CON CAMERIERI MOLTO GENTILI E DISPONIBILI. DIFETTO PRINCIPALE: SHAMPOO, BAGNOSCHIUMA, CREMA CORPO IN PICCOLI FLACONI CHE NON SONO AFFATTO COMODI E PRATICI, SOPRATTUTTO IN UN HOTEL DI QUESTA CATEGORIA. Schöne Terme Hotel mit Außenpool. Servicekräfte waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ein standardzimmer, bisschen klein, die Möbeln sind in Ordnung genauso wie die Sauberkeit. Habe das Hotel leider nicht im vollen Zügen genießen können, da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war und kaum im Hotel gewesen bin.
