Dopo 6 volte in 3 anni sempre come noi ci aspettiamo, mangiare sempre perfetto e staff disponibile per tutto, nostro figlio vuole sempre andare al nostro albergo ( hotel Eliseo terme) lui lo chiamo nostra albergo. Ormai è nostra casa e ci torneremo sempre

Un gioiello di relax e ospitalità – Hotel Eliseo! Da 12 anni visitiamo l’Hotel Eliseo almeno una volta all’anno e ogni volta ne siamo entusiasti! Abbiamo anche consigliato l’hotel a amici e conoscenti, che sono rimasti altrettanto soddisfatti. Questo hotel soddisfa tutti i nostri desideri per un soggiorno perfetto. La piscina termale e la SPA sono sempre impeccabili – pulite, ben curate e accoglienti. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio è eccellente – il personale è attento, professionale e crea un’atmosfera molto piacevole. Un sentito ringraziamento va al team del ristorante, in particolare al responsabile di sala, Sandro e Alberto! Vogliamo menzionare in particolare Monika, che ci assiste da due anni. Porta con sé un alto livello di ospitalità, si prende sempre il tempo di spiegare i menù e dà ottimi consigli sui vini. Ottima struttura , piscine molto belle e curate ,giardino carino e con gli spazi giusti, colazione ottima come ottimo il servizio del personale soprattutto della cameriera Monika che ci ha preparato un ottimo cappuccino, molto disponibile e professionale e attenta alle nostre richieste, peccato non averla avuta a pranzo e cena , cmq piatti molto vari e buoni dal buffet ai dolci , personale gentile e cortese , se le cose non cambiano ci ritorneremo

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia. Non ero mai stato in questo hotel e quindi mi sono basato sulle opinioni di altri ospiti. Non sono rimasto completamente soddisfatto soprattutto dalla pulizia della camera e dal servizio del ristorante. Mi sono piaciute molto la zona piscine e la colazione. Al ristorante non ho gradito la velocità della cena della prima sera, mentre la seconda sera essendo andati a cena un po' più tardi non siamo riusciti a mangiare i dolci perché erano terminati... Per fortuna un cameriere molto attento , non ricordo il nome ma è un ragazzo moro,sì è preoccupato di accontentarci con delle proposte.... Piacevole la musica del sabato sera anche se la ragazza al bar era un po' sotto stress essendo da sola...

Fantastico fine settimana: per la terza volta, in questo 2024, siamo ritornati all'Hotel ELISEO di Montegrotto Terme. Ambiente familiare, personale cordiale e attento, ottima cucina, camere belle e luminose. Posizione centrale. Piacevolissimo relax. Bruna & Piero ( Bergamo ).
