At Hotel Boston Montecatini Terme there were certain staff who made a huge difference in the holiday for my friend and I. One member of staff on Reception was Alessandro,nothing was too much trouble and he took the greatest care in ensuring all the hotel guests were welcomed with a cheerful smile. He did his utmost to make sure all requirements from his guests were satisfied whether they were directions to a station, places to see, calling for a taxi etc. Alessandro was also excellent in working with his colleagues to endure the comfort of guests. His colleagues Antony and Ana in the restaurant were also helpful and attentive. Thank you Alessandro and your colleagues for making that special difference in our recent holiday to hotel Boston.

This hotel was part of a vacation package so we didn't actually choose it but we were super happy with the convenience for sightseeing. The room was super clean and there's enough to do in the town when you don't want to get in the car and explore. I would recommend the funicular and plan to have dinner in Montecatini Alto, it was our favorite night.

Really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Boston, couldn't fault it, great location for trains & trips to Florence, Pistoia, Prata & Lucca, great value for money, breakfast selection was great, rooms spotless, cleaned every day. Staff excellent, especially Alessandro at reception, nothing was too much trouble, helping to book trips but really excelled expectation when on day of departure, trains & buses were on strike - we were completely stranded and he took us to Pisa airport on his lunch break - 5 Star Service Alessandro Thank You Again So Much!!! Will definitely return.
