Excellent hôtel très bien situé. Le personnel est très agréable, le restaurant est excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont confortables. Point de départ idéal pour visiter Florence en prenant le train à la gare de Montecatini pas très loin de l'hôtel.

We had a great week here the staff were friendly and helpful, the food and wine were plentiful and we had a lovely west facing balcony room. Unlike other hotels they provided two comfy chairs. Although they cater for tour groups as well as couples the staff remembered us and treated us as individuals.

De familie Simoncini en gans haar personeel zetten hun beste beentje voor om je als gast te verwennen. Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt op een kwartiertje stappen van het centrum van Monecatini terme. Gabriel hielp ons dadelijk met de valiezen binnen te brengen. De kamers waren proper en net. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid (continentaal buffet + Italiaans). Het restaurant van het hotel biedt een sobere kaart (die dagelijks wisselt), met zeer lekkere gerechten. Ook de wijnkaart bevat voldoende lekkere wijnen tegen betaalbare prijzen. Wij hebben onze wagen achtergelaten aan het station Montecatine terme mansummano en voor €6,20 pp (enkele rit) waren wij in een klein uurtje in Firenze. 's Avonds, naast het zwembad, was de doppio espresso, samen met een grappa barrique niet te versmaden. Kortom zeker een aanrader. Grazie a tutti per tutti !

Io mi sono innamorata della gentilezza di queste persone,che prima di essere albergatori per me sono stati meglio di una famiglia..sono coccolosi e t fanno sentire al meglio ...io nel viaggio ho dimenticato la cuccia ..me l hanno rispedita a loro spese e sono stati velocissimi ed attentissimi... Luna il mio cane li amava da subito ...ogni volta si fermava alla reception x salutarli....consiglio questo posto, poiché 4 stelle è poco per definirli....Grazie Nicoletta,Gabriele e tt lo staff....credo eia il posto dove mi sono sentita più a casa in vita mia....GRAZIE SUPER CONSIGLIATO..... CONTINUATE COSI ❤️

Hotel a conduzione familiare con piscina e jacuzzi dove ci si sente a casa ! Ampie stanze comode e pulite, personale molto cordiale, comodo parcheggio. La colazione è molto buona con ampia scelta sia nella parte dolce che in quella salata. Insomma da provare!

Esperienza totalmente positiva presso questa struttura dove ogni ambiente è curato e il personale si occupa degli ospiti con attenzione e sincera affabilità. Camera ampia con letti comodi, zona esterna dotata di sdraio, piscina, jacuzzi e ottima cucina servita in una piacevole sala. Assolutamente consigliato per qualche giorno di relax e per visitare le vicine località turistiche.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Torretta! First class experience from the moment I stepped through the door. This is an exceptionally lovely hotel with incredible customer service who really helped me plan all the day trips and organise taxis. The food every evening was sumptuous and very good value for money, I doubt you will find better in Montecatini! The buffet breakfast was great too. I very much enjoyed the pool and the hotel provides a complimentary towel which is a plus especially if you are limited on luggage. Location wise this is up the hill from the town centre via the Roman spa and park. The train and bus station are near enough and from there I was able to visit Lucca and Florence with ease. I was a solo traveller but the hotel staff couldn’t have been kinder. I look forward to returning one day very soon!

Hotel prima gelegen. Er tegenover is een grote gratis parking. Kortbij de Funicolare naar Montecatini Alto alsook het Parco delle Terme. Slechts 10 minuutjes lopen tot het centrum. Supervriendelijke ontvangt. Heel gedienstige receptionist! Mooie kamer (nummer 408) en badkamer met badproducten (leek ons mooi gerenoveerd te zijn). Heel goed bed. Alles erg proper. Frigootje en kluis aanwezig. WIFI en airco werkten naar behoren. Leuk zicht op het zwembad van bovenaf. Mooi zwembad, bubbelbad en propere ligbedden. Mooie badhanddoeken aan de receptie te verkrijgen (gratis). Wij zijn er ’s avonds blijven eten. 3-ganggenmenu à 30 €uro. Was superlekker. Ook heel vriendelijke bediening aan tafel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Je kan zowel binnen als buiten ontbijten. Hotel is een echte aanrader!

We spent a terrific week at this family run hotel. The staff were all lovely and unfailingly helpful. The restaurant served some of the best food we ate whilst in Italy, and the place itself is beautiful. I would highly recommend Hotel Torretta, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
