Notre groupe a été merveilleusement accueilli par les patrons et le personnel de l'hôtel Puccini qui a mis un surmatelas à ma disposition pour remédier à une literie un peu dure pour moi. Et que dire des dîners préparés avec tant de raffinement par le chef cuisinier? Tout simplement succulents! Surtout après de longues journées de visites! Cet hôtel a un goût de " revenez-y"

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Montecatini Terme. Le personnel était très agréable et le confort des chambres très appréciable. Hôtel au calme. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Seul regret : absence de plateau de courtoisie dans les chambres.

Hotel mediano com funcionários péssimos, atendem c/má vontade, precisamos de uma faça as 22:30h p/abrir um remédio e só faltou brigar com a recepção para conseguir e o gerente respondeu que se tinha sido resolvido estava ok. Tem rampa para subir com bagagens mas ninguém te avisa mesmo vendo mulheres se arrebentarem para subir malas pela escada frontal do edifício. Box dos banheiros minúsculos.

A wonderful week in a typical Italian hotel, our second visit. The staff were fabulous - friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Marco, Rosa, Julia, Patricia (and everyone else we met). The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and our room was lovely. The evening meal was exceptional, all local produce, beautifully presented. The musical choices were classical with breakfast, and jazz with dinner - perfect for us! The hotel is well situated and very convenient for the train station. Montecatini is well placed for visits to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Pistoia - all an easy (and reasonably priced) train journey away. Our previous visit coincided with the summer music festival and we shall certainly do this again. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Personale molto professionale, sia alla reception che in sala, ottima la cucina. Le camere molto pulite e servizio ai piani presente. TV con canali internazionali, c'è la moquette che sarebbe ormai da evitare Colazione non da 4 stelle ma va bene lo stesso

Hotel in centro a Montecatini, parcheggio in strada. Molto frequentato da turisti stranieri e soprattutto da gruppi. Arredamento e stile datato, però tutto ben tenuto, pulitissimo. Le camere, anche se non nuovissime, sono comode e spaziose. La colazione non è all'altezza di un quattro stelle, si vede che sono abituati a stranieri in gruppi. Il prezzo è nella media, anche se la qualità/prezzo potrebbe essere migliorata. Personale gentile.

My Mum and I stayed for 7 nights from 29 September. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the evening meals were excellent, 3 courses and very well prepared and presented and the breakfasts were varied and fresh. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and always had a smile on their face, partucuarly Julia and Marco. We had a room with a small balcony on the front which was perfect for some fresh air and people watching in the mornings and evenings. Air con worked perfectly as it was 30 degrees plus on the days we were there. There is also a seating area outside for either coffee or after dinner drink, jazz music from the speakers to relax to. Also the only place I've ever been that had opera music in the lift!! A wonderful and relaxing stay, would thoroughly reccommend. Very central place to explore the beauty of Tuscany.
