Minha estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos desde o início do atendimento. Quarto super aconchegante, áreas de lazer perfeitos! Fui ao bistrô do hotel duas vezes, pratos muito bem servidos e deliciosos, ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo a todos!

Foi uma experiencia maravilhosa. Todos os funcionários muito educados, simpáticos e proativos. Quarto super gostoso, cafe da manha MARAVILHOSO e o restaurante excelente. Tivemos uma ótima experiencia no SPA também. A piscina precisa de uma revitalização para se adequar ao padrão do hotel.

A melhor acomodação de Monte Verde. Atendimento excelente, limpeza e organização sensacionais. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã ótimo e diversificado. Não discuto preço quando se tem esse nível de qualidade. Espero voltar em breve, com certeza.

O hotel oferece conforto, segurança, tranquilidade. Lazer completo, quarto aconchegante, comida excelente, equipe super profissional. Amei a experiência de está em monte verde em comemoração a 26 anos de casamento " bodas de alexandrita " e me hospedar no hotel saint michel, me sinto realizada.

Excelente. Os funcionários são super solícitos. Ambiente super limpo. Recomendo o fondue no hotel e à piscina a noite para relaxar. De diferente tem o lençol que aquece a cama e a lareira, fora a calefação. Só passa frio quem quiser. Não esqueça de pedir ao atendente da recepção para contar a história de Monte Verde

O hotel é incrivel, muito próximo do centro de Monte Verde e possui atrativos para quem não quer ir ao centro ( piscina aquecida, sauna, soa, etc). Atendimento incrivel por parte dos funcionários e um bistrô incrivel. Café da manhã delicioso. O único ponto negativo é a Internet, mas é local o problema. É ruim na cidade inteira.
