The hotel is conveniently located near beach and town centre. Very clean and well run. Room was good and cleaned every day. Pool area good too. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The breakfast staff were amazing- as the weekend was a bank holiday- they ran round like whirling dervishes restocking the food, cleaning tables etc. Reception staff helpful too. One point- no bottle of water in the fridge on arrival- I expect that after a long journey. Yes I’d recommend it

Have just returned home after a week at this hotel. I noticed it had mixed reviews. My personal opinion of this hotel is it was perfect for my needs. The hotel is very clean and spacious. My room and bathroom were spotless. Free air con, free safe. A very decent size fridge that kept contents very cool. Free wifi all over the hotel and no problems with it. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As we’re the bar staff. A “hi” to Martin who was super sweet. A huge dining area that was very clean. Lots of choice for breakfast. Cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, cakes, cheese, meats, preserves and honey etc. There was also cooked bacon, sausages, fried and scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms etc. Toaster at hand for toast. The bread rolls are baked fresh in the kitchen each morning and are delicious. My one and only negative is the choice of teabags. Needed three to produce one cup of weak tasteless tea. There’s a large sunbathing area with good quality sun loungers. The pool was stunning too. I would most definitely return to this lovely and well run hotel.

We are just nearing the end of our 10 day stay here, we have had a wonderful holiday, yes its 90% german citizens here and TUI should probably make that clearer when booking but part of me is glad they didnt as it may have made me book somewhere else, i have attended fitness classes in german but the staff made every effort to explain things to me in english and i enjoyed them just as much, my husband joined the tennis tournament and he had a great time, the german people he played with all spoke good english and they were laughing and joking together, my kids made some good friends too. The silent disco was wondeful having 3 channels on the headset, german, english and house music, it was so much fun. The bands and robins singers in the evening have been great. I havent struggled to get a table in the evening, in fact we have got the same table every night and our waiters have been wonderful. The food is world class and fresh. I was dubious about coming all inclusive as we normally go on villa holidays, but we have had the best time and wish we could stay longer. This is definately a 5 star resort, if you are booking just go with the flow their isnt really a language barrrier if you just put in the effort to speak to people. Good Hotel at a reasonable price. The part we stayed in was clean and modern, nice spacious room. I liked the spa - Sauna / steam room / Jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. However no room service, and lunch / dinner seemed to be an all you can eat buffet, which is fine if thats your thing. Pool looked a bit of an odd colour and I couldn't find the gym. However overall worth the money and enjoyed our stay, would come back.

The pool area is the highlight of this hotel. There were plenty of sunbeds for the guests. There is a pool bar which opens if there is a full day of good weather. You must go to the bar, there is no poolside service. The gym and spa area were also good. I enjoyed a lovely massage. The hotel rooms are very compact but functional. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower was good and there was always hot water. The air con was great. The fridge works well if you leave the cabinet door open. There is tea and coffee (but not restocked) but no milk. You must put sign on the door if you want the cleaners to do your room. There is no iron in the room and none available on request. You have to pay for an ironing service. The sink drained very slowly in the bathroom. The hallway carpets had some questionable staining - I really cannot understand how they haven’t replaced sections of it. We had a room overlooking the carpark which is not the best view but does get nice evening sunshine on the balcony. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was only ok. I would have expected better. There was nice fresh fruit and fresh croissants each morning but the yogurt, orange juice and coffee were terrible quality. I wouldn’t touch the hot food. If you come down near the end of service, forget about it, staff seem to have given up, I even had to set my own table one morning as none of the tables had been cleared. The piano player at breakfast was very good. They give out flowers to the lady guests some days. These things are nice touches but I imagine guests would rather better food instead. We had lunch in the hotel twice. Pizza was ok. Tried the calamari another day but it could have been deep fried anything to be honest and fries tasted like they’d been sitting around. Rooftop bar is nice with lovely views and they make good cocktails. Bar staff were nice. We only in the rooftop restaurant once and it was disappointing.

We had a 7 day vacation at the golf resort. We were recognised as gold member and received an upgrade to a ‘villa’. It was nice for the four of us my daughter and boyfriend stayed in the main building. In the villa there was no storage in the bedroom and a bathtub on the second floor with a shower, I would update this to a walk in shower there is plenty of space. Breakfast, dinner and 5 rounds of golf were in our package which was great. A bit more different themes during the week for diner are welcome but overall good. You can rent a buggy for 5 days with a package price of €160. We played padel 5 times which was a nice addition activity. Renting a court and rackets is €27,00 for 90 minutes. The golf course is challenging and with 27 holes has a lot of variety. Greens are really well maintained. There is a little train to the beach club that is a nice activity for a day or two. Plenty of fresh fish restaurants.

Everything is great!

This our fifth stay at this hotel and it never fails to impress. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is exceptional and all the staff are wonderful. The hotel is not by the sea but inland about a 10 minute drive - Faro airport is about 20 minutes away, which makes it a quiet place to relax and unwind. We would recommend eating in the restaurant at night as the menu is varied and beautifully presented. All together an outstanding hotel: a real gem.

Unexpectedly beautiful. Booked a bit at the last minute due to some changes in the program, it turned out to be much better than a thousand others! Pros - the laundry open 24 hours - the impeccable cleanliness and the silence - the coffee machine open 24 hours - covered parking space Cons - much more could be done about breakfast - the location; with bolt or a rental car you solve the problem
