On Tuesday January 4th, 2022, my wife and I arrived at our Mont-Laurier destination the Quality Inn Hotel situated at 111, Blvd. A. Paquette. We arrived in late afternoon and for check-in we’re welcomed by a friendly front desk staff. The hotel was quiet and almost empty. Since there are no elevators, we had booked a ground floor room so it would be easier to unload luggage from the car. Our room, a two queen beds was average, a bit dark and on the small side, but clean. It did include a table and two chairs, a coffee maker, a mini refrigerator, and a flat screen tv. The bathroom was quite small. Looking out from the bedroom window I could see a couple of men unloading snowmobiles from their pickup trucks. Due to the Omicron variant hotel features such as the on-site restaurant l’Autentico, the hotel bar and exercise room were not available. There was no other breakfast option with this room. We still recommend this Quality Inn Mont-Laurier as a budget stay, its top location, its clean initiative and would rate it as three stars.
