We had a lovely stay, the room was clean, well equipped and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and a good variety for breakfast. Host was very welcoming.

Clean and tidy bedroom with comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The house is an interesting upside-down house, with bedrooms downstairs. We were welcomed by the friendly and courteous host, who showed us around, including a fantastic lounge upstairs and a large balcony with wonderful views of the hills in the distance. It was very quiet. Breakfast was filling and well-cooked. Would stay again without hesitation.

Everything was excellent at this property
outstanding accommodation with a great hosts. Location was also outstanding with fantastic views across the countryside Location was just one mile from the centre of Monmouth so easy to drive into town or take a taxi at a very reanable price

Extremely polite Gentleman answered the door and showed me to my room explaining the layout of the property and also asked what time I wanted breakfast. A very spacious en suite room with an enormous bed and TV.
A lovely breakfast next morning very tasty
