Hotel is clean and comfortable. Stuff was really helpful. Room was spacious and had a balcony. Bed strong and pillows were comfortable also. They had tasty food. In the mornings always fresh croissants and bread. In the evening warm and delicious dishes. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like in the images, food is questionable, and the service is horrendous. My friends were ignored for 10 minutes before they got their food. Bedrooms were cramped and had very little space within it, and the beds are very uncomfortable

Buona location, albergo economico con pochi servizi, non esiste un posto dove stare dopo cena, menù accettabile (ma 3 euro per 75 cc di acqua...in montagna si dovrebbe servire solo acqua in caraffa), buffet verdure troppo scarno, colazione buona, stanza pulita e bagno funzionale, sala deposito sci e scarponi al piano interrato, fermata dello skibus di fronte ad albergo. Personale gentile.

Each night we were served uncooked food and it got to the stage where instead of going to a restaurant for dinner , we would “eat” In the hotel to see what dirt they would put on a plate. You’d be fed better at the hands of Unicef. The hotel staff were nincompoops , one of them repeatedly staring at females body parts and the other smoked ******** every day. The only game you could play in the “games room” was Never Had I Ever , because everything was broken ffs. You’d find better games in the shop window of Saint Vincent De Paul. The only reason I stayed in the hotel was knowing that their yearly income depended on my travels . I’d recommend driving past the hotel if you’ve ever come across it , and go up to Ricky’s karaoke in the mountains for a few days .

Sono stata in questo hotel con la scuola e vi consiglio si stargli alla larga. Ho avuto la stanza numero 211, davvero brutta ma soprattutto sporchissima!!! Questa stanza non ha il balconcino, e la doccia è praticamente inesistente. Appena entrata ho notato delle macchie arancioni per terra e allora ho deciso di alzare le lenzuola, NON LO AVESSI MAI FATTO!!! ho trovato delle macchie marroni, capelli, plastica, e una mosca morta sul letto!!! La cosa che mi fa più ridere è che ho chiesto di cambiarmi le lenzuola almeno 48 volte ma non me le hanno cambiate. Il cibo era nettamente cibo in scatola. Il secondo giorno mi hanno servito una polenta che era letteralmente una di quelle in scatola che sono polvere! I cellulari non ce li consentivano sennò avrei allegato anche delle foto.

I stayed here as part of a school group with 123 students and 13 staff as part of a skiing holiday. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. Beds were comfy too. Bearing in mind they were catering for such a large group each morning and night the food was good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had a query. They catered for all people with dietary requirements.

Abbiamo trascorso la ns. settimana bianca in Val di Sole e ci manca già tutto. Albergo 3 stelle situato in una posizione strategica a tutto. A 5 minuti dal centro di Dimaro e a 20km da Madonna di Campiglio. Le stanze sono ampie e ben pulite. Bagni spaziosi e comodi. Tutto il personale dell'albergo gentile e disponibile. Sempre con il sorriso. Ottimo buffet di colazione con dolce e salato e vista l'alta affluenza di stranieri si trovano anche le verdure. Cena a scelta tra 3 primi e 3 secondi varia e abbondante. Insomma cosa volere di più? Consigliatissimo alla prossima.

Vacanze di Carnevale con le famiglia 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 10 e 4 anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camere belle, spaziose e pulite. Vicino agli impianti di Daolasa 5 minuti, quindi comodi per prendere gli impianti con i bambini che sciano. Colazione abbondante e cena con scelta tra primi e secondi. Personale accogliente e a disposizione per le varie necessità. Avendo la moglie celiaca, hanno saputo gestire anche la problematica per i SENZA GLUTINE. Grazie ritorneremo.
