Hello, I have just left the Monchique hotel, and I need attention to this complaint, I chose to spend the carnival holiday in a resort resting and I paid for it, we can't even call this place a resort and spa, we couldn't at least go to a swimming pool because it was disabled and dirty. The resort's restaurant served us the same dish for lunch and dinner every day, the same food and poor service. If the problem is not resolved here I will look for my rights, attached is the beautiful paper they offer us at check-in, but they don't say that any of this works. I spent money, I ate badly, I didn't relax, and I walked 300 km to do it
