Je séjourne actuellement au Desert Rose Hôtel. Cet hôtel est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai visité en Tunisie. Il dispose de belles chambres et est très confortable. Le personnel nous traite avec respect. Il y a aussi une équipe d'animation toujours souriante. sur leurs visages et faites-nous de bonnes choses Merci à tous.

This hotel offered everything we asked for and more. The staff are the nicest people and so friendly and even bring you free drinks to the beach. There is enough food to choose from and the views are just fab. Not sure why this hotel some times gets a bad review cos everything we saw was brilliant. The only downside is the wifi isn't brilliant.

We have had a good holiday for our first time in Tunisia. We had a Great experience. The staff are all so very Welcoming. Good setting and wonderful weather private beach and the Animation Team were 10/10. They made our Holiday so much Fun ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Un séjour de 4jours et 3 nuits. La nourriture était correcte. Le personnel était très désagréable, pas un sourire de tout le séjour. Un plus pour la proximité avec la plage. La piscine est grande est remplie en eau de mer. La chambre petite jamais nettoyée des 4 jours pas de serviettes. Une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain et une Clim inexistante. La literie laisse à désirer. La télévision petite avec des chaînes limitées . Dans la globalité cet hôtel n’est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles .

Un séjour de 4 nuitées dans cet hôtel est un vrai cauchemar. Dès l'arrivée en à dû attendre 3 heure pour que la chambre soit prête, l'accueil était glacial La chambre : les draps sont devenus jaune tellement qu'ils sont anciens, baignoire saaaale, bouteilles de savon liquide saaaale, les oreillers trop dur. personnels désagréables,les fourmis partout dans la chambre, sur le lit, je me suis réveillée plusieurs fois la nuit avec dès fourmis sur le dos, chasse-d'eau qui n'arrête jamais de coulée, nourriture infecte, les salades du déjeuner sont servis au dîné avec une odeur brrr, les mouches avec des quantités horrible, restaurant sale, il faut négocier pour avoir une bouteille d'eau, ou bien l'acheter à 6 dt. La piscine était sale et les couloirs sentaient la cigarette, tapis de couloir sale, Température extérieur entre 34° et 38° et les climatiseurs ne marchent plus, et quand on réclamer à la réception la demoiselle qui porte des lunettes de vue nous répond : c'est pas mon problème si vous voulez quitter l'hôtel... Allez y 🤨😏 Je suis extrêmement déçu et je déconseille vivement cet établissement.

Szalone wakacje, dobre jedzenie miła obsługa i trzeba przyznać. że taki pobyt nie był by udany gdyby nie super grupa animacyjna. Organizacja ZABAW przedewszutkim PIANA PARTY na plazy!! Wspólną integracja dużo śmiechu pełen relaks w tanecznym rytmie
