L'hôtel est à raser et à ne pas reconstruire ! Les chambres et la literie tout est sale. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre. L'eau y est marron et au goût douteux. Mise à part le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Sauf les animateurs qui ne servent à rien mais vraiment à rien et les vendeurs trop insistants voir harceleurs.

UN HOTEL A FUIRE , vraiment c'est de l'arnaque des voleurs des responsables inexistant se cache .personnelle de reception arnaqueurs fait attention à la taxe payer sur place celui qui porte des lunettes c'est un voleur Parking il faut donner le pour boire pour avoir ta place , la restauration ont dirais vous êtes à leur merci ,bouffe 0000. La chaîne interminable pour avoir les restes des chiens ,alors la pizza......... horreur et la propreté des chambre ainsi que tous l'hôtel elle n'existe pas , les chambres dégueulasse piscine devenue une toilette la plage qui n'existe pas, toboggan il faut 60 min pour passer , personnelle sans exception mal élevée cherche toujours à arnaqué les gens , alors les touristes .... ont dirais ils ont jamais manger dans leur vie . Nourriture sale et répétitifs et pleines de poilus ,salades non propre , petit déjeuner hhhhh ont dirais des restes de nourriture. Animations 0 répétition chaque minute Je dirais une chose au responsable qui n'es pas responsable : tu es nul et un grand voleur professionnel Comme votre personnelle.

Good staff and very friendly. Very good entertainment team and patient. Many tourist stand and good souvenir shop. Exit onto beach good for walks along the beach, restaurant has different cultural foods and can be booked in advance to your taste

Arrivée le 14/08 pour 1 semaine, repartir le 15/08 tellement l’hôtel est horrible et dangereux !! Hôtel très insalubre Crasses, saleté, cafards partout …. Les chambres sont sales, je ne croyais pas les avis mais c’est véridique ! Draps et serviettes sales ( ongles, traces , cheveux, poiles , miettes ….) Le restaurant une grande catastrophes. L’hygiène pas du tout au rdv , les tables, chaises et sol sont collants par la crasse. La nourriture immonde. Piscine sale Je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie entière. Pris la décision de repartir le lendemain tellement le personnel n’est pas à l’écoute et en écoutant les autres résidents qui n’ont pas eu dautre choix que de rester, leurs péripéties en termes de santé ne m’a pas encouragé à rester.

Hotel needs a refurbishment!! Apparently it was supposed to be closed end of October so they are not bothered to open all the bars, nor having a evening entertainment! FOOD - it's almost the same every day Animation - they can't be bothered to do anything and evening entertainment is the kids disco & disco night every single evening for 8 days! Beach - not cleaned Service - one or 2 persons are smiley and helpful The swimming pool - the only good thing about the hotel Overall - it is probably a good hotel in the summer however my holiday is a huge disappointment and I would never go back there

the staff are very nice and the rooms are clean. the wifi is good but only when there is not many people on it. the food is good and the water park is fun. i’m now only writing because i have to write 200 characters as a minimum. my name is charlie and im 15 years old

Amazing staff, so fun and friendly! Reception is so fun, animation staff are very fun and friendly, aqua park is very fun and good slides, rooms are nice and clean! Staff are very nice and helpful Drinks are very good and the food is nice WiFi is okay
