The bathroom was horrible. Hair in the tub, soap scum 4 inch high in the tub. Obviously not clean at all. The floor and baseboards dark with dirt. Horrible. Would never return. The bed was comfortable with white comforter that I was told was changed with the sheets so that was clean

Bathroom was not cleaned well. The bathtub had hair and soap scum in it gross! The rest of the bathroom was not cleaned well. The baseboards were very dirty. Beds were fine. Not a place I would stay again.

Rhonda who is the manager of this property is very good at her job and goes the extra mile to make sure every one that stays at her hotel is satisfied to the fullest. She has helped me out every time I have had questions about my stay.. will stay here every time I am back in town .

Rhonda was extremely helpful and courteous. She goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience in adding our group to complete the tasks associated with our job. The rest of the staff was completely helpful and the rooms are kept in top condition to provide a great experience. Love staying here and would recommend to anyone.

The staff was great! They all went out of the way to make us comfortable. Great breakfast different each day not the same boring stuff. The rooms were clean and updated, had plenty of room . Great stay!

Overall team experience I can go ahead and rate it a 0. Veronica the manager refuses to help us out with a problem that we had on October 1st. I had to file a complaint against her and her team. I had reserved on Sep 30, upon arrival they tell my husband he had no room even though he had a confirmation number. They tell my husband they didn’t reserved his room and that “that confirmation number wasn’t valid” I was charged $231 for 3 night with the original confirmation number that I had reserved and with the same number the receptionist said wasn’t valid. “How was it valid to charge me” they offered my husband a suite for a higher price and he refused. He said he wanted the same rate of $77 because it wasn’t his fault they didn’t reserve it. They agreed to the rate and he checks out on Saturday Oct 1 and I get charged $155 and some cents for the stay. I was charged doubled. Plus I was charged for 3 nights with an invalid confirmation number & they refuse to help me because they have paperwork done according to them.

Amy at the front desk was great! Super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and ac works great. I have stayed here a number of times and really enjoy it for the price. I do plan on staying again soom

Clean place and friendly staff, breakfast is alright bjt then again its free. Staff is friendly and front desk is always friendly amd goes above and beyond to accommodate you amd kr help you, overall 5 stars.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good two of three mornings. Not sure what happened the third morning but the hashbrowns were terrible. Beds were comfy. It was well worth what I paid and if I head back that way I will stay again.
