Das Hotel ist schön ausgebaut und eingerichtet.Zu einem guten Hotel gehört aber mehr als das Zimmer.Dort hat Villa Prato versagt.Wir feierten unser Hochzeits-Jubiläum und ich teilte dem Hotel über das Kontaktformular der Homepage mit,dass wir uns vegan und vegetarisch ernähren,in Bezug auf eine Reservation für Freitagabend und dem Frühstück.Als ich ein paar Tage vor Ankunft noch nichts gehört hatte,fragte ich nach,worauf mir mitgeteilt wurde,dass Sie keine Nachricht erhalten hätten und leider für Freitag- und Samstagabend ausgebucht wären.Das Frühstück sei kein Problem.Bei Ankunft wurde an der Rezeption kurzer Prozess gemacht.Beim Frühstück war vegan dann doch ein Problem.Es gab ein veganes Croissant und Soyamilch.Weder Margarine,Joghurt,Käse, Aufschnitt war verfügbar.Die Küche hat auf meine eindringliche Bitte am nächsten Tag dann Pancakes gemacht.Vegane Option bedeutet für mich nicht,dass ich in einem Edel-Hotel Brot mit Konfitüre und Früchte essen kann.Während die anderen Gäste Omeletts bestellen und Fleisch und Käseplatte verfügbar haben.Das ist einfach frech.Am Abreisetag hatten wir für den Lunch reserviert.Um11:00Uhr beim auschecken sagte die Rezeptionistin jedoch,dass wir abreisen müssten.Da die Plätze am Pool an Tagesgäste verkauft wurden.Wegen des Lunch durften wir dann bleiben.Und wurden danach gebeten das Hotel zu verlassen. So schlecht behandelt wurden wir in keinem Hotel auf der ganzen Welt von 1-5Sterne.Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.Keine Gastfreundschaft

The place was beautiful. The rooms were exquisite. The attention of the front desk was very nice and polite. The waiters were extremely nice and attentive. Specially Pilal and his brother. We arrive late because our plane delayed.

Hotel curato, con camere ben arredate.
Bellissimo centro benessere, con personale molto gentile e professionale. Possiamo consigliare i massaggi.
Ottimo il ristorante.
Consiglierei di far indossare dei copriscarpe ai clienti e al personale quando viene mostrata la spa anche se si tratta di zone di "passaggio".
Prodotti cortesia in camera potrebbero essere migliori.

Abbiamo scoperto questo "mondo" monferrino da meno di un anno e molte cose che gravitano intorno alle distillerie Berta. Spesso si è abituati a vedere relais immersi nel verde delle colline, mentre Villa Prato si trova al centro di un paese. Tuttavia le sue enormi terrazze godono di un'ottima vista. Le suite sono enormi e la nostra era tra le più belle camere in cui siamo mai stati. Il ristorante, in cui abbiamo cenato, una volta in questa occasione e una seconda volta in un'altra, è di alto livello. Ma il vanto di questo albergo è senza dubbio la spa. Più di mille metri quadri su 3 piani. Grande vasca con cascata. Vasca con sale del mar morto. Altre piscine più piccole. Piscina esterna più bella di quel che si evince dalle foto. Sauna, bagno turco, vari percorsi, sale relax con vista e angolo tisane con amaretti di Mombaruzzo. Noi abbiamo fatto due massaggi eseguiti molto bene, in particolare io ho provato un trattamento che favoriva il sonno. Poi, come dicevo, c'è tutto un mondo più o meno elitario e sorprendente che gira intorno a questo centro di gravità, che è lo squisito proprietario delle Distillerie Berta. Per una notte con colazione, di sabato, ho pagato 266 €. I massaggi da 50 minuti costano 85 € l'uno. Una cena per 2 con poco vino, € 120. Carta dei vini superba. In reception sono stati bravissimi, così come al ristorante. Ciao.

Superbe séjour de 3 nuits en août 2023. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du spa est au petit soin durant tout le séjour. Notre suite était très spacieuse, agencée avec goût et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec une superbe vue sur le Piémont. Le spa est magnifique et nous a permis de bien nous reposer avant notre retour en France

Uno degli hotel migliori della zona …splendido restauro di una villa antica da parte di una delle aziende più famose per quanto riguarda le grappe .. Berta.. Camere che sono delle suite ampie confortevoli e arredate con ottimo gusto Spa all’altezza della villa affascinante e ben tenuta con piscine calde fredde saune e bagno turco Non si poteva chiedere di più
