Bed bugs!!! The first morning that I woke up in my initial room I saw a small bug run across the other queen bed. (I had a double room). I googled the bug and it was a bedbug. I alerted the staff, who did their best to accommodate . They inspected my room, allowed me to use their washer and dryer, and upgraded me to a suite. All seemed fine for a couple of days but as they say, if your hotel room has bedbugs, your hotel has bedbugs. On night 3, I noticed some small bumps on my back but didn’t think much of it. Upon arriving home, I saw several more bumps on my back, chest, and arms. Unfortunately, I’m concerned the bedbugs traveled home with me and I just spent the last several hours cleaning my clothes and luggage. Fingers crossed. I’m hoping I killed all bugs and their eggs.

Quad Cities Gem A great hotel! The room was spacious, impeccably clean and bed comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both hot and cold items. The location couldn't be beat: Right along the Mississippi River with River Walk; dining and entertainment is within steps of the hotel. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful River view room. We had a lovely suite overlooking the Mississippi River. The lady at breakfast was unfriendly. Breakfast was average, and they need to provide decaf coffee.

Great stay Nice room. Breakfast was plentiful. Eggs, meat, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc.Staff was very nice.
