Booked a room for five days had a horrible experience .The ordeal started at the check in as the reception of the hotel was on first floor without an elevator & non availability of the staff to carry the luggage, had to wait for over half an hour as their was nobody at the reception to take the check in only when I had gone to the kitchen & intimated them that I had booked a room & want to check in a gentleman showed, this person directed me to the adjoining hotel which bore the name of Hotel Casa stating that it was extension of the same hotel whereas I had booked room in FabHotel Benz.The worst was still to come as I was checked into a dingy small room with only a bed stating that they were sold out & would be able to shift me to a better room only on the following day. If they were sold out then why the had taken my booking & they had taken a confirmed booking then why I was put up in a substandard room. i would also put across this question to the management that why they are diluting their brand name by extending it to such unscrupulous operators are they going to compensate me for the agonizing ordeal I was put through.
