Soggiorniamo in questo hotel sito nel cuore di Modica a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, meglio senza auto vista la posizione. Camera di design, non proprio comoda e pulizia un po' scarsa e per fregiarsi di 4 stelle anche la colazione dovrebbe essere piu ricca. Ottimo comunque il panorama.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura, disponibilità del personale ottima, posizione della struttura top a due passi dal Duomo di S.Giorgio. La struttura all’esterno si presenta benissimo, vista mozzafiato. Peccato per la camera, da rivedere, un po trascurata con qualche difetto. Colazione un po sguarnita. Non ce un vero e proprio parcheggio, si può parcheggiare lungo la strada che è una strada privata. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che più di qualche volta ho trovato la reception scoperta e un episodio dove ci è stato detto di prenderci da soli le chiavi della camera.

One the face without being there it looks great. However, disappointment ensues when you arrive. An old building that has been refurbished in a super modern architect designed interior that has nothing to do with the old-style exterior. Room lighting systems that are not quite fit for purpose, concealed electric blinds that are faulty, beds that are not the best quality. All the tech but not maintained. I think the worst aspect was a shower stall that must be the worst I have ever come across. Photos included. The mould and silicone were absolutely shocking. Absolutely no excuse. It will have been seen each and every day by cleaning staff who never reported it to management. Even after showering I felt dirty. Wall covering in common parts and room access hallways peeling on edges that could easily be rectified with adhesive. There is absolutely no excuse for disrepair. Breakfast was OK. Basic continental. Coffee was good however. The plus side was that it was reasonably close to the centre but parking was not the easiest.

Ottima struttura in centro a Modica con possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Tutto perfetto salvo qualche particolare delle camere che andrebbe rinfrescato. Colazione completa per tutte le età ed esigenze. Vista dalla camera unica. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel con un ottimo design e cura dei particolari, ogni camera ha il nome di un film, la mia era 2001 odissea nello spazio, camera molto ampia con doccia in camera a colonna e luci emozionali, bagno in camera separato , terrazzino con affaccio verso il duomo ed una bella vista su Modica. la posizione è a metà tra Modica alta e bassa, è quindi possibile raggiungere il corso Umberto I in pochi minuti a piedi e visitare il duomo che è nella via sopra. Colazione sia dolce che salata, non con prodotti tipici, ma solo continentali. staff cortese e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle vicinanze.

Ma chi ha dato 4 stelle a questo hotel? A parte la vista molto bella sul Duomo …altro tutto molto deludente, dalla camera non molto pulita alla colazione molto ma molto scadente. Visto la bella posizione consiglio vivamente di migliorare il tutto a partire anche dalla reception praticamente inesistente !

Lo de este "hotel" no tiene nombre...... Deberían quitarle, al menos, dos estrellas ... por ser educada. Y, por decir algo positivo, está en una calle privada que, aunque estrecha, puedes dejar el coche, lo que es muy conveniente. y, si reservas una habitación con vistas a la Catedral, éstas son preciosas. El hotel está entre la parte alta y baja de la ciudad (en ésta última están los restaurantes, etc.) y ten en cuenta que, para llegar a ella, tendrás que bajar/subir! muchas escaleras lo que, a la vuelta de la cena, puede ser muy molesto. El desayuno es irreal ...aún sigo sin entenderlo ... es como si todo tuviera días o semanas, el pan super duro, todo así ... la sandwichera no la puedes usar porque está realmente sucia .. no exagero nada ... no entiendo por qué no la limpian, la verdad. El hotel comparte espacio con una galería de arte .. las paredes de los pasillos sucias, desconchadas ... por no decir la habitación .... lo único bueno que tenía era la vista (Módica es muy bonita): muy poca luz, todo aspecto de sucio y descuidado, la pared del cuarto de baño toda desconchada, con humedad, y no había ni para colgar la toalla de baño .... No lo recomiendo, obviamente, si queréis una estancia placentera y sin sobresaltos :-)

Una stella solo per la posizione e la gentilezza del signore in portineria. Sporco soprattutto ! Colazione tristissima …nulla di positivo. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Quattro stelle non le merita di certo e non capisco come sia possibile dare questa valutazione in una situazione di questo tipo .
