Very far from from the city center which is in the mountain. The breakfast is the worst in Italy as they couldn’t even provide milk!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel tutta la settimana tornata proprio oggi a casa …hotel da incubo mattonelle rotte ..mio figlio ogni giorno perdeva sangue dai piedi…dosi di cloro eccessive in un orario troppo riavvicinato con l apertura della piscina ..che hanno provocato bruciature nelle mani e piedi ..personale assente ..bagnino maleducato e scurrile ..che di bagnino non ha neanche lontanamente le capacità..forse l unica capacità che ha è vedersi i Tik tok al cellulare seduto comodo su una sedia…pulizia giardino pessima …lo sconsiglio vivamente ..ringrazio Graziano e la ragazza alla reception che hanno cercato di portarci su il morale ..per il resto insoddisfacente e prezzi eccessivi visto che la qualità non c’è .

Hotel da ristrutturare, piscina e area antistante completamente sporca, livelli di cloro altissimi gettati 30 min prima dell’entrata in piscina, pietra bordo piscina completamente rotta, i miei figli si sono tagliati i piedi ripetutamente, personale in minoranza, bagnino maleducato, attaccabrighe, che ha recato a noi clienti momenti di vero disagio, cucina assente. L’hotel al momento non merita assolutamente le stelle che ha.

Di questo hotel mi hanno stupito la gentilezza di tutto il personale (dai camerieri, alle signore che sistemano le camere, alle receptionist) e i dettagli a colazione come l'honey comb che di solito si trova solo nei 5 stelle e il gelato artigianale così da accontentare anche i più piccoli. Mi ha stupito anche che hanno i gelati confezionati (non scontato) e che ti portano l'aperitivo in piscina. Ah e la piscina é bellissima. Non ho mai visto un hotel con una piscina così bella. L'acqua é un po' fredda all'inizio ma se si sta pochi minuti già la sensazione migliora. Hanno anche un servizio di salvataggio per la piscina (non scontato). Ho adorato anche il giardino e gli alberi lungo il viale erano fantastici. Uniche pecche che non c'é tanta scelta per la cena o che non c'é un menù per i più piccoli ma bene o male si é trovato sempre una soluzione con i camerieri e almeno i bambini sono obbligati ad assaggiare cose nuove, anche del posto. Inoltre peccato che non ci sia un servizio che faccia panini o toast per pranzo ma anche lì si risolve facilmente andando alla Conad che é vicina. Inoltre a 20 min di auto si può ammirare la bellissima Marina di Modica, dove l'acqua é cristallina e tiepida. Insomma Consigliatissimo. Mi piacerebbe tornare l'anno prossimo. MG

Bel posticino a Modica. Tranquillo e rilassante. Elegante e ben servito in zona centrale. Consigliato per tutti i tipi di vacanze o eventi. Bella anche la piscina con ampio spazio verde dedicato, sdraio, ombrelloni. Ottimo, consigliato.

Terrible stay. We couldn't sleep because of loud music and noise coming from downstairs with children shouting. Early morning the staff were moving the chairs and tables, which we could listen very loudly from our room. As they knew that they were going to have a function They should gave us another room instead of the one which were offered, our intention of the stay was to relax not hearing every possible noise during the night till early morning!! I complained with the reception about the situation and she was sorry but she said she could't do nothing because she is an employee. It was the worst stay in the past 10 years that we have been visiting this hotel for many times over the years. No form of compensation was offered as a gesture of this very unpleasant stay. Hope the new management will take action on this.

All perfect!! Competent and friendly staff; thorough cleaning of the entire hotel; comfortable room and perfect bathroom; excellent and complete breakfast in terms of variety and quality; large private and safe parking; the swimming pool is very beautiful and very clean and finally the park is heavenly. Having breakfast on the veranda surrounded by the greenery of the park is an experience worth the entire stay. Absolutely to recommend to friends and return at the first opportunity.
