"This hotel is incredible. The room was divine with high ceilings, tall doors, and beautifully decorated (including the painted ceilings) to give the utmost feeling of elegance. Every detail is thought of in providing a wonderful stay. Having the mini fridge was very nice. The bathroom was amazing, including all the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub and getting out into the luscious robe. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. He was fantastic and thoughtful of every possible need. He went out of his way to provide incredible service. Absolutely recommend this hotel for the service, room, and location to many sites in Modena."

"The hotel's location and room conditions are 5/5, service 1/5. We had some problems checking in because the city tax had to be paid by card (this hadn't been mentioned anywhere before). When we were told that neither we nor our friends had a card, the manager only offered to cancel the reservation, as the rest wasn't his problem. They didn't even try to solve the problem on their end (sending a link to pay by card didn't solve the problem). The funniest thing is that the city tax is 3 €, but the stress for the guest is like 300 €. The shampoo in the room ran out during the first shower, some pieces of furniture were covered in dust, it was obvious that either they weren't cleaning it or the guests weren't using it. I recommend this hotel only for one night for the Ferrari Museum."

"Within walking distance from Modena station, Room was ready in the morning but we only dropped off our luggage as we had a Ferrari factory tour waiting ahead. We spent 2 nights there. I thought we had an hour free private usage of the spa area but seems not. Room was clean & staff were cheerful. The coffee machine was not working on the first night and I report it to the reception in the morning when we went out. They sent a staff to assist after we returned from sightseeing. Then, I noticed that they replaced the machine and leave extra capsules. However, there was no electric pot for hot water& they offered only one free bottle of water upon check-in."

"A very strange hotel. When I arrived in 40 degree heat I was given a room that bore a strong resemblance to a sauna. I tried to turn the aircon on and it didn’t work, nor did the lights- in fact there was no electricity in the room at all. I returned to reception and explained there was no electricity and the receptionist said’I know’! However she then offered me a different room which was perfectly fine and with very good air con. A slightly surreal experience."

"The room was small and old-fashioned; it was one of the worst hotels I stayed in in Europe, and the price wasn't cheap either, so I felt it was very poor value for money. Also, the key came with a large, bulky metal pendant, which was very cumbersome—perhaps a characteristic of their hotels, but I personally disliked it. Opening the door wasn't smooth either. Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant; it was also very poor value for money for Chinese palates."
