"Absolutely loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff service top class, location convenient to train and bus station. Huge supermarket stone throw away. Room very spacious, clean, bed so comfy, has everything we need. Breakfast was a bonus, simple and does the job. Great little hotel, excellent value!"

"Within walking distance from Modena station, Room was ready in the morning but we only dropped off our luggage as we had a Ferrari factory tour waiting ahead. We spent 2 nights there. I thought we had an hour free private usage of the spa area but seems not. Room was clean & staff were cheerful. The coffee machine was not working on the first night and I report it to the reception in the morning when we went out. They sent a staff to assist after we returned from sightseeing. Then, I noticed that they replaced the machine and leave extra capsules. However, there was no electric pot for hot water& they offered only one free bottle of water upon check-in."

"Living all the way from Naples to Modena, it seems that ants on the lower floors in Italy are unavoidable, but despite this, there are indeed areas in the hotel that are not kept clean. (The toilet is very clean, and the toilet is tidied with more care than the bedroom) The location is truly invincible, very close to the train station, museums, restaurants and supermarkets."

"Comodo albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente ci sono degli elementi che giustificano il costo contenuto come il bagno in comune e il secondo piano senza ascensore. Tuttavia per quello che serviva a me è andata alla grande. Parcheggio privato, struttura pulita, colazione compresa, personale cortese. Con una mezz'ora di passeggiata sostenuta si arriva nel centro storico. Ottima scelta la rifarei."

"Location at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid."

"It is a very well-located hotel, right in the ”heart” of Modena. It's in the ZTL zone, not to worry, the staff were very vigilant & assisted with the ZTL coupon which was valid for the stay. The hotel is a bit ”old”, so don't expect much, however, the rooms are nicely furnished. Mattresses are firm to my liking and there is enough toiletries. Breakfast was sumptuous! A delicious spread & of high quality. Note as the hotel is a bit old, don't expect top grade elevators - they are narrow, and the rooms a bit ”hollow”. Opens up to the balcony with excellent ”minor” view of the basilica. However, sound travels and you can hear the next door neighbour if they speak loudly or slam the door. Parking, however, is a nightmare, as expected of this very narrow town. No fault of the hotel itself. You can find parking nearby, may have to walk 5-6 mins. The excellent English speaking Reception/Check In Staff will assist with that & all my questions were answered."

"Hotel location is very convenient, there are parking spaces and swimming pools, there is a large supermarket nearby, breakfast food is OK, but there is no hot water ~ you can boil water yourself, the bathroom water temperature difference DD, the staff is very polite"

"Very good hotel, parking on the neighboring streets is free (give a card), up to the central 10 minutes walk, the room is large, the bathroom is normal, all not tired, breakfast is very delicious, recommended."

"Great hotel with all the amenities. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and there are a couple of electric chargers as well if somebody is coming on an electric car. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The hotel is very close to Ferrari's museum in Maranello and is also a short drive into Modena. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying here once again when I am back in Maranello."
