It's quite an old hotel, the room is very damp, there are water droplets on the floor and seats! I have never stayed in a hotel like this before, so it opened my eyes!

Our stay at the Quality Inn in the historic district was highlighted by the exceptional staff. Kiki's warm welcome and the check-out gentleman's humor made us feel at home. The breakfast lady's kindness shone through, especially when my daughter accidentally made a mess with pancake mix. The room was clean, but a musty smell and damp floors were noticeable. We also experienced issues with an outlet, the room key, and a sticky door. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff's wonderful service left a lasting impression.

I’m not sure how to properly describe the filth of this place! Pictures don’t show the real filth! We got here late and got unloaded. The room smelled. After getting ready for bed we noticed the dirty room. ***See pictures ***. When walking across the floor your feet are black with dirt! We could not allow our 8 month old to crawl around and the 4 yr old had to wear shoes unless he was in bed. “Breakfast” was cold and pretty much limited. “Eggs” sausage bread oranges cereal waffles. Muffins oatmeal. Talked to the night lady she said no other rooms available. Day guy said he could move us. Waiting to see what that room is like?!?!

WORST HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE TO CHECK IN THE ROOM HAD CRAP EVERYWHERE. THE BEDDING WAS FILTHY. THE FLOORS WERE STICKY. WE HAD TO GET ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, DONT STAY AT THIS CESPOOL. YOU MIGHT BRING BED BUGS HOME.

I’m from Texas and I stay here on my way to Florida. The hotel is centrally located. Easy on and easy off the highway. But it could do with a facelift and a lot of remodeling. You would think they would already begin to do that. The breakfast was a little sparse, but adequate. I will be coming through again later this year. Hopefully something will have been done. The rooms have lots of cracks and lots of repair spots Roses are clean, bed is comfortable pillows are great

Hotel was in desperate need of repairs. Tv did not work, room was cold and could not adjust thermostat to warm room. No ice in ice machines. Breakfast was adaquate. Close to uss alabama. Will not stay there again due to unsafe feelings in parking lot.

Filthiest Hotel I think I’ve ever been in! The floors were disgustingly dirty. Poorly cleaned overall!!! Very disappointing, management was rude also. Would never recommend to anyone I cared about. I have stayed in Quality Inns across the country and have always been mostly satisfied so this was definitely a let down.

Front desk was awesome and the breakfast just need a little more attention, because juice was out , no grits, no oatmeal, after that everything was nice I like the room because it was clean and neat, thanks
