Tasman Holiday Parks - Moama on the Murray

Great for staying with your family for a getaway, bunch of amenities for kids.

We hired a houseboat for 9 adults and 2 kids. It was perfect. Exactly what we wanted. The houseboat was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The boat itself was fairly easy to drive but the staff were only a phone call away if you needed them and they were more than happy to help. I really cant recommend Moama on Murray Houseboats enough. From arrival to check out the whole experience was fantastic. I would definitely book again.

This park could be great, well set up with pump teack, great pool and layout but our cabin was filthy. The cabin was covered in cobwebs and dust. The shower/ bath had filth and hair that didn't belong to us. Ceiling fan in main room didn't work, tables hadn't been wiped down (Still had drink rings). Bugs in bed of 2nd bedroom. Blinds in kids room can't be opened or closed. Something sticky and gross on bathroom floor. Fridge door handle is held on with bandaids and the door handles aren't even installed properly.

It's a nice place to visit, though from outside it looks very dull, especially the cabins however inside they have all facilities, so kudos to the team. Kangaroos wallaby's moving around, you have pool, mini golf, basket ball and tennis court and also small waterpark but more for toddlers only.. for a weekend break its a good place sit in balcony enjoy the nature, watch kids in pool or walk or play around. Also not far from shops and restaurants in case u dont want to cook, so overall nice break.

Had Booked this venue to attend live show at venue next door booked and paid for this TWO NIGHTS ONLY stay back in October 2022. Money taken out of our account. Show cancelled and accommodation due to floods (understood). Show back on in January 29th 2023 contact Tasman and rescheduled our accommodation, requested again TWO NIGHTS ONLY. Booked then were told had to have THREE, we STATED NO ONLY TWO REQUIRED WHICH HAD BEEN PAID FOR BACK IN OCTOBER 2022 can prove this. Monies were removed from our account many more times than required or needed, last Thursday 28th January 2023, we contacted office and explained this incorrect transfer of our money to them. After numerous phones calls with no help and no refund of our money. Have had enough DO NOT STAY HERE OR CONTACT THEY DO NOT HELP. We even stayed there and approached the office staff in person when there explaining clearly our dilemma still no real assistance. Also if you try to use the pool here the very RUDE people staying here take up a large are just for them chairs and alcohol were used this is during the day with children using the area. NOT HAPPY JAN

Our extended family of 9 just returned from a 5-day cruise on the luxury boat and it was *fantastic* - the boat had everything we needed for our comfort (including mozzie coils) and Chris and Damien could not have been more helpful or friendly - they were really there for everything we needed and made lots of great recommendations for places to stop along the river. A glorious family holiday - would definitely rent another boat with this outfit in the future!

We had a two bedroom cabin (Miners Hut) which was quite comfortable for three of us. Bathroom a bit small due to washing machine & dryer also being in there. Over all it was great for 3 nights. Down side was no courtesy bus however is advertised. I came up on the Thursday for the Echuca blues Fest, the blues festival bus did not start pickups until the Saturday. Taxi was $60.00 return was not impressed. Overall the park is lovely just too far from anything.

I’ve recently spent 3 nights in a premium villa which was well appointed,clean,and the queen bed was extremely comfortable ,the grounds are set in Aussie native plants on the edge of the Murray River,plenty of things to do,one of the best parks I’ve stayed at,and I’ll be backed.
