My daughter and I checked in late in the evening and the man at the desk was very very rude, even raised his voice angrily as I asked whether they had an elevator and a couple of other innocent questions. He was still there in the morning when we went down to breakfast and his attitude had not changed. In fact, at 9:00 he locked the door to the breakfast room and wouldn't let anyone else in, plus had to unlock the door each time for people who wanted to leave and lock it again so no one could get in after 9:00. Unfortunately, it became almost comical and the rest of the breakfast group waiting to finish their breakfast couldn't help but laugh at each incident as he was so gruff about it all. I would definitely not recommend this facility!

Horrible experience and over-priced. Driving through and needed lodging for literally a quick overnight to get sleep and an early start. Most lodging was sold out, or $400-$500 for the night, so this is where we landed. Paid 200+ for a very cheap hotel with paper thin walls and doors that you could see the hallway light streaming through the side of the door. We got in after 11pm and the person next door had their TV so loud it was if it were in our room with max volume. We called the front desk and they knocked on their door to a guy shouting “what do you want?” Then the occupant started slamming the doors and we could actually hear the man crack open a beer or beverage. We almost left and slept in our vehicle but were exhausted and had another long drive ahead. The saving grace was the fan on the wall HVAC unit aided in offering “white noise” to drown out the neighbors tv. 2 stars were for decent bed (bedding very thin) and a clean bathroom. Other than that, it is not recommended for the price - it should have been $59 a night. Stayed in Moab many times and this will not be a return stay.

I stayed in this inn from July 2nd and 3rd. Many things are wrong about this place except the location! They got the location right. Breakfast: Basically, it is a trap! There is no protein or decent food. It is just a bunch of bagels and mini cup cakes plus coffee! Fridge: I had to keep my medication in the fridge and trusting the fridge works, and I woke up in the morning noticing the fridge was indeed warm. On my way out in the morning, I informed the front desk gentelman that the fridge is not working, and he said he is new here( USA) since two weeks ago! He said he would let his boss know. I took off for hiking and came back around 7pm and asked the front desk person( a different person) if they had the fridge fixed and he Said he is not aware it and it is not his responsibility because he was not in the last shift! It was a totally disturbing situation. I argued back that it is the facility,s responsibility to provide an adequate service per their committee adversiment! And the front desk didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. Eventually, after arguing for a couple of minutes, I told the gentelman directly what action you are going to take! He Said he will come and check it out. Again the front desk person argued back me in a way that it is my fault that the fridge doesn't work or he is not responsible because he wasn't in that shift. The staff in this premise needs to be trained that the policy and customer rule is based on respect and doing their best to address the issue in a responsible way not by arguing basic issues. Very bad experience! And if I could have minus in the stars I would give them minus 5 stars.

Their website says pool and hot tub -… NOT TRUE. Pool was discussing. Hasn't been used for years. There was old stagnant water in the pool. The rooms had old furniture, ripped curtains and a weird smell. My room was not vacuumed, crumbs everywhere. For the money it's a GREAT disappointment. Poor presentation for a moderate hotel! Breakfast was provided, but they shut it down exactly at 9:00 if not a few minutes before. Read less

This is the WORST Hotel. The room smelted of VOMIT and the doors do not lock. Of course you find this out AFTER you check in. Then they would not switch the room, or fix the door. They would not refund. Also, There were a bunch of meth heads hanging around out front. Best of going anywhere else.

First off - Their website says pool and hot tub - closed for Maintenance … NOT TRUE. According to the manager both have closed 1-1/2 years. Otherwise reasonable rates, adequate room, but a GREAT disappointment for my swimming wife. Poor presentation for a moderate hotel!

BEWARE This place is beyond horrible. If you want to buy illegal ***** and hang out with Meth ******* then the side entrance to this place is for you. The Side DOORS to the hotel DO NOT LOCK, and there is no security guard. The rooms are small dirty and really smelly. It's beyond just dirty. I rather live on the streets than stay in this piece of doodoo of a hotel. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Go down the street to the “Scenic View Inn”, almost the same price and really nice.
