Hotels Near YAMADA DENKI(Tecc Land Miyakojima) in Miyakojima

The hotel and the room are very clean and comfortable. The staff members are pleasant, courteous and helpful. It's not a luxury hotel but they offer everything I need for a three night stay. There is a spacious shower room with a tub separate from the bathroom which I liked. If you get a room with an ocean view (but only partially), you get to see the sunset. I got a deluxe room and it was decent and spacious enough for a hotel in Japan. The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are a Family Mart convenient store and a grocery store that are both open for 24 hours, McDonald's and many restaurants, all across the street from the hotel. Also, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended if you're not looking for a resort type hotel by the beach.

お部屋の内装がいいです。ソファーとテーブルがあって広いです。それに部屋全体の色合いが「南国に来た！」と思わせる、気分が上がるいい感じ。 朝ごはんのセルフマグロ漬丼がおいしかったです。ただ、朝ごはん会場はあまり広くないので、ゆっくり食べたかったら、思いっきり時間をずらしたほうがいいかもしれません。 大浴場もゆったりできてよかったです。離島なのにお湯をざぶざぶ使えて申し訳ない。 ホテルの場所は、繁華街（？）から歩いてすぐ。夜もいろいろ散策できて気楽でした。オーシャンビューではないけれど、それを補う部分がたくさんあって、快適でした。

The name of the hotel has been renovated and changed to ”Central Resort Miyakojima”, but the information of TripAdvisor remains old. I don't know who should update, but if you don't know, you might think it's another hotel. Aside from that, it seems that the main building is divided into business use and the new building is divided into play use and category, and since it is a diving trip, I used the new building for 4 nights. I wonder if it's the new building to renew the old building, there is the old ”Miyako Central Hotel” just behind the old city hall that is not currently used, and I think it's like an extension toward the streets of the shopping street. . I was taken care of on a day when the maximum temperature was 13 ℃, so it was saved because it had a heating and cooling air conditioner. It seems that there are hotels that only have air conditioning, so it's good that the toilet and shower room are separate. However, it is a negative point that there is no bathtub, I miss the bathtub on such a cold day, I wish I had at least a large communal bath. I'm looking for a hotel with a diving equipment washing place, but that's a place where people who come back from playing in the sea can wash their feet, not an equipment washing place, there is no washing tub. I wanted to soak in water for a while and remove the tide, but if you just want to hang the shower water, you should use hot water in the shower in the room. In fact, I did. The equipment drying area was equipped with a lot of hangers for dedicated equipment, and it was very convenient to use, and some hotels have only wire hangers that guests had. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the downtown area of the city, and if you don't want a resort hotel near the beach, I think it's a convenient environment. Convenience stores, souvenir shops and restaurants are nearby, so you can spend your time comfortably. It was a plan with breakfast, but the main bento style is spam rice balls, and the ingredients of spam rice balls change every day, but the others are the same every day. I had a delicious meal for two days, but after that, I was tired of eating for two days. Recently, while there are many hotels selling breakfast, there are some prices that are not suitable for the content, so breakfast is the lowest rank. Whether or not to repeat is delicate, but I think there will be enough repeats if you have a washbasin in the washroom and review the breakfast.

You can see the lively harbor and Irabu Island from the room. The sunset is on the left, but unfortunately there is a Hilton Hotel (under construction) and you cannot worship the sunset. The room is quite small if it is not superior, there is only a 20 centimeter vacancy between the bed and the sofa, and there is no closet, so it feels like walking while hitting when you put a suitcase in the vacant part. It's a shame that the air conditioner was full of black mold and had a strange odor, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. When it rained, the corridor was flooded and left as it was. I expected breakfast because there was a picture of smoothies on the hotel image, but there was no such thing at all and it was like a cheap business hotel. I didn't provide hot water and I thought I wasn't thinking about anything because there was nothing but coffee. There was Japanese food, but the only thing that was delicious was miso soup and the rest was a bag-packed side dish. It was unusual for a hotel that did not serve Okinawa cuisine so far because it was served Japanese food. I think I wanted to give a Western-style fashionable feeling. For resort stay purposes, we do not recommend it except for rooms with high prices. Under Superior is small and you are at a loss in the luggage storage area. The location of the hotel was good because it was close to the downtown area about 15 minutes walk. However, the parking lot is full soon and the second parking lot is quite far away, so if you have heavy luggage, you should avoid going out from the evening.

We stayed for 7 nights in early December. First of all, the front desk, restaurant, room cleaners, etc. were all well-educated and welcomed me comfortably, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. I asked for a box because I had to leave early in the morning for golf, but the chef's attention was wonderful and it was a very heartfelt breakfast. In addition, pasta which we ate in lounge was very delicious. Izakaya on the island is good, but I think dinner in the hotel lounge is also good. The location is also highly recommended.

Very convenient because it is close to the airport. And beautiful! It is so close to the airport that you can see Miyako Airport from the window of the room. It is a convenient place to go sightseeing anywhere in the location. I stayed in a ”family room” with my family, but ２ It was like a bunk bed and the children were very excited. Lol The room was also very clean. There is also a pool outside, which is also available for children every day. Lol Certainly it's not a resort hotel along the beach, so you can't see the sea, but above all, the cospa is the best! Satisfaction １２０％ is this quality at this price. This hotel is recommended for active families who just sleep in the hotel for sightseeing and sea play during the day.

Close to the airport, the facilities are clean, new and spacious and perfect. I am grateful that the parking lot can be parked right in front of me and it is free. All rooms were dry with a washing machine. This is excellent and does not hurt the dough of clothes or dry it rather than hanging it on the dryer. I stayed for 3 nights with a plan without meals this time, but the hotel breakfast was also available for ¥ 990 on the day, so I used it ２ times. There is no problem because the content is neither good nor bad. It's a two-story building, so if you're assigned to the second floor, it may be a little difficult because it's only a staircase when carrying a heavy suitcase. But the hotel staff were all nice people, and it was a really cozy stay. Definitely repeat.

We were quite apprehensive prior to our stay here as the ratings were quite low and some scathing for a Hilton resort hotel that opened about a year ago. There were even some minor hiccups during check-in that confirmed our prior bias to the negative. However, all that changed rather quickly night after night. And to make a long story short, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay there without hesitation if we were to return to the beautiful island of Miyakojima. In hind sight, I believe the hotel went through some early growing pains when they opened in June 2023. The island itself, much like other rural areas of Japan, is going through seismic demographic changes, leaving it with a shortage of local workers--most of their employees are either from the main island of Honshu or from overseas. After their initial launch, they seem to have made significant changes ironing out those early wrinkles. And this may always be a work in progress for any establishment for that matter: There were some issues we noticed with the lines for breakfast. Hilton Diamond members are able to make advanced breakfast reservations, whereas non-Diamond members are not thereby having to wait in line for breakfast that can be quite long. The issue here is that there is no separate line for the Diamond members, so when they go to the front to inform of their reservation, those waiting in line think they're cutting in (as they don't know what's going on and they're frustrated with the long lines to begin with) setting the stage for some potential 'fireworks' (angry customers) that actually happened during our stay. My suggestion to alleviate this would be--and I've seen this done at other Hiltons--to have 2 clearly delineated lines with signs: one for Diamond members with reservations, and the other for non-Diamond members. This way the staff doesn't have to keep explaining to the others waiting that some customers have reservations, and, the Diamond members won't feel bad going straight to the front ahead of the others waiting in long lines. Service at every function we experienced was great, we had no issue with the DIY bottling of drinking water, the swimming/walking at beach was fantastic, parking was abundant, and to top it off, we were blessed with favorable weather.

Although it seems to have been built in the assembly style, the room itself is very clean and the management is very good. Parking is also arranged in one room, so parking is also very convenient. It's a uncomfortable place to go around without a car, but it's okay if you have a car. There are three free laundry and drying units, but if you avoid crowded time, there is no one to use it, so it's good to drive the laundry. However, if you are in the beginning of Line A, it is a bit far from the location of the washing machine, so I think it is uncomfortable. When you ask, you can ask near the laundry room. (C13 ~ recommended for this place) Front time 10 p.m.? Although there is a time limit, you can leave your luggage before check-in / after check-out, and the front desk is really friendly. Some people study Korean Stayed for one day and stayed once more for two days. I plan the day before, so I moved a lot of accommodations.

I stayed for 3 nights in a 5th floor Standard Twin room in the Ocean Wing side of the resort. The Ocean Wing has 6 floors, and is older than the Coral Wing, which has 9 stories. While the Coral Wing apparently has wider views, the view from my room was nevertheless spectacular. Given the hotel faces West there’s a great view of the sunset from the ocean-view rooms. I also liked that my Ocean Wing room had wood floors. It was very spacious with 2 very comfortable double beds and a small seating area. The bathroom has shutters that you can open in order to see the view. A nice bonus was the beautiful Okinawa Botanicals bathroom products. While this is not a luxury resort, and the building and facilities are a bit dated, it is very well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous, with beautiful trees and gardens (and a very small golf course). The Yonaha-Maehama Beach on which the resort sits, is perfect - soft white sand and crystal clear water. You can access the beach on the south side of the resort only. There are lots of beach chairs and umbrellas maintained by the resort. I met a few staff who spoke good English, and with the others I had no problems communicating using the iPhone Translate app. The staff are so kind - absolutely every staff will greet you as you go by. I loved the restaurants, especially the barbecue restaurant. Also the buffet breakfast (included, you can also choose traditional Japanese breakfast) was excellent - I loved the fresh lychee and other fruits, omelette bar and espresso machine. I rented an electric-assist bike from the hotel’s beach club (¥1,000/hr) to explore Kurina-Jima, which was tons of fun. it was great having the 24-hour coin laundromat on site (wash ¥200, laundry soap provided). There are coin dryers or there was a full drying rack in the room, which was very convenient. The only thing I didn’t love about this resort was the pool. There’s unfortunately a raised platform that blocks most of the view of the ocean from the pool. I only saw kids and their parents use it during my stay. Fortunately the gorgeous beach is only steps away… Overall I found this resort to be super relaxing and excellent value for the price.
