Water park area needed serious attention. Steps to slide was really rusted. Pool water and spa water was cloudy.

We are traveling for a family emergency and had to bring our 6 month old puppy still in training with us. Finding clean, pet friendly accommodations was not easy, but this place had everything. Our room was spotless, we weren’t able to enjoy the water park because of the pet, but it looked so fun. Complimentary breakfast was good by hotel breakfast standards. They had a really wide selection considering there wasn’t a restaurant on site. All 3 of us (me, husband, and puppy) slept AMAZING. Beds were incredibly comfortable and plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was pretty weak, but overall I couldn’t be happier and will likely stay again on our way back home.

Our kids absolutely LOVE the indoor pool and waterslide! It's so wonderful for them to have something to do in the morning and evening. The breakfast has been really good! Everything has been really clean, and check-in/check-out has been really streamlined!

Parking space is limited and shared with Arby's. At times hard to get a spot. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and housekeeping very attentive.

Pool was very dirty and cloudy. Hot tub was like dirty lake water. Pool area needs a solid scrub down.

The facility was dirty. If I could get a refund and turn around when walking in, I would have. I will not stay there again!

The flooring in our room was enough to make me feel like I didn't want it to touch my feet at all. It was stained and sticky feeling and gross. The shower was OK but the drainage was terrible so your feet were up to the ankles in other peoples bacteria, they need some serious upkeep and updating. The staff was great and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Bed is so comfortable. i like to stay again. Good hotel for traveller. also they provide good breakfast.Clean rooms, friendly staff. Location was right off freeway, easy to get to. Lots of things around so pretty good spot. Price was very competitive compared to others.

Looks good on website but pretty run down. Towels and sheets were stained, water damage by window, carpets look old and dirty. Our room door wouldn’t lock, still waiting on the solution to this. There’s also no elevator and they refused to move us to a first floor room. Thankfully we’re just staying one night as we pass through. I would not stay here again or recommend it. We were drawn to the pool features for our kids but totally not worth it!
