Hilton Garden Inn Missoula

This Hotel is as Clean and Reliable as usual...but has become Very Expensive for those of us on fixed income! We will return...but sadly...not often enough to maintain Diamond Status. Parking fees are new. Maybe if the economy improves we can travel freely again.

A brief one night stay whilst passing through - but a great place with fantastic rooms, TV, staff and general facilities. We were allowed to check in early which was helpful, and the restaurant next door was great too. Would recommend as an interim location for sure.

As with all Hilton Garden Inns, the hotel is very nice. The only negative, that I have is that the presence of people in the dining area in the morning have people that just jumped out of bed and went to eat breakfast. They should at least get cleaned up and get dressed instead wearing pajamas.

Good location and room, however I have been charged for breakfast I didn’t have on a stay on 2nd June. I have twice emailed Hilton Honors and tried to email the hotel and no response. My phone does not allow me to call the hotel, so this is my only other option to get this refunded. You can check your cameras and see we didn’t have breakfast! They also have a crazy system charging $12 holding charge to use the laundry. I have never seen that anywhere else.

Not worth the money you spend. They charge for parking and anything you want to use. Bed was horrible. Put extra $200 hold on credit card and when calling corporate about issues all they do is issue us 10pm points for a bad stay. They don’t abide by their own written and visible policies.

Hosted a retirement event which went amazing! Staff on all levels was accommodating, helpful, and excellent! The catering and party planning staff worked with us on the menu to accommodate a large party with several dietary concerns! The AV team helped with our slideshow and sound for the DJ! We booked several rooms for our stay following the event which were all clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again and utilize the conference space! Great experience!

I really was surprised at how bad my stay was but I’ll preface in saying a complaint to Hilton corporate led to a points credit so, it ended well. I had arrived to a room not totally cleaned with the toilet unclean, and switched to a lesser sized room which also had dirty elements - specifically, hair on the bathroom floor and a very tiny shower. Further the laundry room smart system, which albeit is run by another company, is faulty and I ended up paying for 4 loads when I ran… 1. Can’t even get a response from the company so I have to wait for my credit card to process so I can do a chargeback.

I stayed at this hotel last year also when on business. They take full advantage of increasing rates for summer traffic, although other hotels do the same. (I paid over $315 per night.) My complaint is that now this year they also added on a "Parking recovery fee". Huh? This hotel has lots of parking available and this is just a greedy way to add extra charges. There is nothing "special" about this hotel that will make me want to return and since now I know they are just trying to nickle and dime their guests with this bogus parking charge I will not come back. I've been a Diamond for 10 years. I believe the hotel has the right to be competitive in their rate given the season and demand. But making up a greedy bogus parking charge for this locale is just plain bad business and not respectful of the guests who already paid an elevated room rate.

Easy access just moments from I-90. We got a screaming deal @ $79 using our points. The hotel was modern, clean and easy to navigate. They offer a continental breakfast in the AM or a full buffet for $$. The room was straightforward. Other than the shower being kind of odd (an open glass partition open on one side) everything else was fine. After a long day on the road it was an excellent place to spend the night.
