...I actually had no problems with my stay...I enjoyed the location, the room, breakfast, and the service...check in was quick and friendly customer service...I was able to use the computer and printed some documents with not problem...breakfast was great and very convenient. I was not able to use the gym or the pool because of time but I would definitely come back...I did have trouble turning on and off the television set in my room...I think you had to press two different buttons or something but I never got the hang of it....overall it was great...

As a Marriott property, and a Fairfield, all is standard and condition is typical, as expected. However customer service in this most recent stay was poor, abysmal. It was a six night stay, and I have extended stay here before, but in this one, the website informed me that redo of room would only be every other night. But upon checkin, the desk informed me that it would be every three nights...that was odd! Then after the third night when my room was not done as originally assured, I went to the desk, and offered a bit of a protest. The desk said, no it's every three nights, to which I said, Thurs, Friday, Saturday...that sounds like three nights, I paid for three nights AND ...really the clerk told me this, ”One of those nights is Friday, and Friday's don't count.” And she stared me down, eye to eye. ”Well you count differently than any one I know.” I'll continue as a loyal Marriott/Fairfield Inn customer, but I would steer clear of this Inn...it's out on my list.

I remember Ayres Hotel have one of the best breakfasts. It was disappointing as the number of items offered was 1/2 of what it was. Hotel didn't offer any water, but had to purchase it from a vending machine. Paid $3 but the machine was broken and the bottled water didn't get dispensed. The woman at the register said to call the number on the machine for a refund....
