Reception staff is professional and very kind Rooms are comfortable and extremly clean Bed surface is extremly hard so sleeping was not really comfortable Food is delicious, but they run out of rolls, cakes, orange juice, sausage 90 minutes before end of breakfast And one main course (among 3 alltogether) 90minutes before end of dinner And when we asked about it, they did not say sorry, just that the chef said: they have no more Alltogether , we enjoyed our stay, but will choose anither hotel next spring when we come back to Miskolctapolca

We have been planning to visit this hotel with the family for years. This year we finally managed to find a suitable date during the autumn holidays. Unfortunately, three days before our departure, my little girl got chicken pox, so we couldn't go because it's a highly contagious disease (it affects other people, just like covid). The hotel did not offer any guest-friendly options, no matter how hard we tried. We could not rebook for another date and we could not use the money we had already paid later, which was a great loss to us, besides the fact that we had spent our holiday ill. We will definitely never visit this place. I have never experienced such inflexibility, either in Hungary or abroad, especially not in the last year and a half.
