The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very kind. The gentleman at the front desk literally ran when I requested extra pillows. Also he gave us a non smoking room when I booked the only room they had which was smoking. The room was large and the air conditioning kept you cold! The nightwear also was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel was definitely a 4 star in my books!!

I stayed in the center of Misawa City for work purposes that involved eating and drinking.
I drove from within Aomori Prefecture, but parking was free and there were no problems with the cleanliness or facilities of the room. I asked the staff to arrange a taxi for me, and they responded very well.
I would like to stay here again when I'm staying in Misawa City.

It's a little far from the center of Misawa city, but it's within walking distance to the downtown area. I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room because the non-smoking rooms were fully booked. The air conditioner smelled of cigarettes, so I turned it off and slept with the windows wide open. The unit bath also smelled of cigarettes. I booked it knowing it was a smoking room, so it can't be helped. The front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was homely and good. I took points off the cigarette smell, but added points for the front desk service and breakfast, so overall it's a zero-sum game.

The location is not the best (about a 10 minute walk to the city center), but the price and other factors make up for it. The rooms and hotel itself are old, but... 1.
