今回が3回目の宿泊ですがリニューアル後ははじめてでした。部屋はいつも通り古いが趣きのあるさつき苑にしました。内部は以前とさほど変わりはありませんが畳が厚み1cm位のユニット畳で硬く、端が浮いてつまづきそうになりました。また、チェックイン時にはすでに布団が敷いてあり、室内で落ち着く事ができず窮屈でした。 食事は夕食もバイキング形式でテーブル横を四六時中、人が通り、さらに、「◯◯が出来上がりました」などという大きな声の案内が何度もあり、まるで居酒屋かファミレスで食事しているようでくつろげませんでした。 最後にチェックアウトの精算が自動精算機で前の人がクレームを言っていたので待つ事になりました。1台しかないのでイライラでした。 せっかく、温泉に入り、ゆっくりしたかっただけに残念でした。リニューアルはレベルダウンでした。 気に入っていましたが、次はないです。

I stayed here on a tour to eat crab dishes. The crabs were not from Tottori, but the seasoning of the food was good and there was a wide variety and quantity, so I managed to finish it all. If you want to eat crab, you may need about two hours to eat. The breakfast was average. The hot spring was a radium spring, which felt good. Unfortunately, the open-air bath is on the mountain side, so you can't enjoy the view. Also, some people may be bothered by the dead leaves floating in the open-air bath. Our room was on the west side of Kashoen, so we had a beautiful view of Mt. Daisen. There were three rooms, and they were well-cleaned and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It is a hot spring inn with a large garden, but since it is a Yukai Resort, the system is basically the same. It is old, so stains on the carpet in the lobby were noticeable, but it is nice to relax while looking at the garden. I was able to stay at a good price with the nationwide travel support. There are no special leisure facilities nearby, so it is a good place to enjoy the hot springs at your leisure.

枕が合わなかった。高すぎて使えなかった。

宿泊当日は雪が降っており、ホテルの庭園、お風呂も広く露天風呂でも雪景色を楽しませていただきました。朝出発時には駐車していた車の雪が払ってあり寒い中でのお心遣いに感謝です。
