This was a reasonable place to stay in a somewhat out of the way part of France. If you are interested in lutherie and the history of mechanical music Mirecourt is a very interesting place to visit. However a stay in Contrexeville or Vittel might provide additional places to see and visit.
The spiral staircase inside Le Luth offers a challenge if you are almost 79 and have large suitcases. Nonetheless, a comfortable place to stay for the night and a nice breakfast in the morning.

À éviter Accueil déplorable. Réservation d’une chambre premium à 115€ sans petit déjeuner : petits lits, salle d’eau à l’hygiène plus que douteuse : touffe de cheveux dans les toilettes, lunette écaillée, joints de douche moisies, pas d’insonorisation phonique, etc.

Logis La Luth Mijd dit ‘hotel’!! Hier schrik je van, tenzij je het normaal vindt dat het tapijt (tapijt in 2024…) ietwat zompig is en dus slippers aanbevelingswaardig. Een douche die het water niet kan verwerken, honden naast het hotel die alsmaar blijven blaffen. Gedateerd, dat mag, maar laat het dan wel schoon zijn en ook het gedrag van de receptioniste kan een hoop goed maken of bevestigen dat je hier beter niet naar toe kan ( in ons geval het laatste) “ ik doe de boel hier om 2100 uur dicht, dus hier de code voor de deur als jullie later binnen willen komen “. Op de vraag of ze nog suggesties had voor een (van de vele) restaurants in het plaatsje, kwam er een schouderophalend gebaar en ‘alles is wel oké’. Fijn advies, waar je eerst de vraag zou verwachten wat de voorkeuren zijn. (Smaak, sfeer, budget etc.) 170 euro armer en een deceptie rijker Logis, ga je kwaliteitscontroles eens oppakken! Bah

Avons manger en amoureux ce soir . Que dire si ce n’est que les plats étaient excellent, l’accueil était au top et les serveuses plus que professionnelles . Étant difficile car du métier nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Avons passé en excellent moment avec un bon rapport qualités prix .
