The rooms are good, but at the end of October the heating is not working yet and the air conditioner is turned on for heating in the room, without it it is cold, and with it it is stuffy. In the bathroom there is an electric heated towel rail, but it does not cope with this area and the bathroom is cold. There was no hot water in the evening, barely warm. Toilet paper is single-layer, for this price category of the hotel an amazing saving. On the windowsill there are marks from cups and glasses, an unpleasant impression

Overall the hotel is quite good.
On the positive side, excellent and very convenient location, always helpful and polite staff, two metro stations nearby, very close to many attractions. Everything inside is quite interesting and beautiful. It feels like the hotel is quite new.
But as always, the other side of the beauty of courtesy and convenience is the service. Service is the employees and their attitude to their work. And then dark spots appear, literally and figuratively...
The room was booked for three guests, but in fact it was only ready for two. And the bed linen that was there turned out to be dirty.

Good hotel in Minsk heart. Near hotel is nice places to eat with home made food and with europenian food.
Not far away from hotel (15min by walk) is famous Zibitskaja bar street.
Rooms are very nice in palace style.
In last floor of hotel is nice ***** bar with very kind and nice girls.
