Best Business Hotels in Minsk

Quality, good hotel, real 5*. spacious rooms, excellent repair, good bed, everything perfect. I like a swimming pool and spa, the only minus - late includes a bath. I was in other hotels with a swimming pool in Minsk, this is definitely the best. It is a pity that you can't have a pet.

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

The room is very big, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large. The scenery outside the window is very good. The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is almost dusk. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay there again next time I go to Minsk

Второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, и первый раз все было хорошо. Второй раз станет 100% последним. Началось с того, что отель который забронировала был закрыт. Я долго стояла у рецепции, пока не пошла сама кого-то искать по отелю, на что девушка мне сказала ”мне очень жаль, пройдетесь до другого отеля, там не далеко и есть спа!” Только это ”недалеко” с сумками и уставшей по холоду ходить не очень приятно, потеряла много времени и замерзла. Если отель не работает, можно врменно исключить его из поисковика, закрыть сайт, или что-то сделать, чтоб люди знали, что им ехать на другой адрес. Я писала на ватс ап, но мне ответили через 2 дня, когда я была в отеле. Можно было сразу написать на почту или ватс ап, чтоб ехала по другому адресу. И мне так сказали за спа,как будто я бассейнов с теплой водой не видела и саун. Вот с сумками по холоду бегать, это проблема. Во втором отеле девушка даже не извинилась. И вообще у всех такие лица мрачные, недовольные, подходить страшно, как будто я к ним домой приехала. Если так не нравится работа (а это на лицах большинства видно) можно ее поменять, это мое мнение. Далее сработала пожарная сигнализация, выключился везде свет. Еще не было 8 утра и было очень страшно. Светоотражающих стрелок нет, не знаешь куда бежать, план эвакуации один на этаже,очень не понятный, двери на лестницу одни из, были закрыты. Я и с еще одной девушкой еле нашли выход, полураздетые выбежали на улицу, как велели в громкоговоритель. В итоге когда нас в таком виде увидели на рецепции, только посмеялись и сказали, что тревога ложная! Мы не знали, что произошло, и хотя бы человеческое понимание, и сказать ”не переживайте, вы в безопастности” никто кроме ухмылок не соизволил. Кроме уборщицы вообще никто не здоровается, даже когда с ними первой здороваюсь. Далее, взяла еду из их ресторана в номер, попросила вилку, мне отказали, и должна была поклясться чуть ли не кровью, что я ее верну! Но я брала вилку с их ресторана и в их номер, а как кушать?? утром вернула. Следующее утро началось еще хуже, меня на весь ресторан, как школьницу, выстыдили , что я не заплатила за завтраки, просто кусок со рта забрали и опозорили перед людьми! Я пошла на рецепцию, оказывается, они что-то там недосмотрели у меня все оплачено и я могу вернуться в ресторан. НИКТО ДАЖЕ НЕ ИЗВИНИЛСЯ!!!! Все как само собой разумеющее. Тарелки в ресторане грязные. Я приехала в Минск на операцию, на лечение, и такие прогоны и стрессы, мне вообще ни к чему. Специально выберала отель, чтоб спокойно отдыхать в безопастности. Персонала больше чем постояльцев, но они не справляются со своей работой. В итоге 2 дня настроение испорчено, после таких ”милых” завтраков уже ничего не хочется. На сайте кстати, не было функции, чтобы сразу оплатить завтрак, я хотела это сделать сразу, но пришлось платить при заселение, а потом еще и высмеяли, что я бесплатно есть собралась, когда все было СРАЗУ ПРИ ПОСЕЛЕНИЕ оплачено. Телевизор не работает, душ работает плохо, в комнате очень душно. Практически

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

The city starts with the hotel Unfortunately , we were unlucky , the service at the hotel level minus 1. Settled on January 05 , 1. The booking indicated a baby bed , it was not in the settlement , we reminded it several times and after 5 hours it was only brought . Not even apologized 2. The spa can only be reached with towels and necklaces from the room . So here are the towels and the coats we waited for more than an hour , called on the respiratory twice . They did not wait , went to the recipe for the dresses and towels When I asked the senior manager or manager to communicate on the service provided , the recipe specialist Elizabeth called someone and replied 'no one will be till Monday' Those from Friday to Monday in the hotel are no senior / manager and ask someone questions simply impossible and yes , at my request to communicate on the phone I also refused 3. Toothbrush, slippers and mineral water are not provided, all paid. There is no heating in the winter, and the air conditioner is broken. The hotel is beautiful outside, but the room is a bit old and clean. The frustrating thing is that the room key is too big to carry, and there is no safety lock in the room

A very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the bed is very comfortable. The room is large.
