Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis

10/10 recommend. If you want to be pampered, go here! They will take very good care of you. This hotel went above and beyond to spoil me on my birthday. I had a very good time and would definitely go back. For a more detailed description of my stay, check out the pictures attached.

I booked a 2-night stay last weekend for a couple of events on Thursday and Friday nights, checking out on Saturday (check out time was noon). The proximity to a few of the venues I was attending (which allowed me to walk instead of having to drive or take a rideshare) as well as many great restaurants made this a great choice. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member so I had a discounted rate and was also able to check in through the app, create a mobile key and could have ordered food or other in-room services using the app too. I utilized the valet parking for both nights in lieu of self park (2 close locations are provided for self park if you choose that instead) because of some limited mobility issues I have. This was very convenient and provided me direct access to the front entrance when parking and allowed me to come and go as I needed (in-out parking during the entire stay). The valet staff, including Hamza, were all very helpful, friendly and fast, even when there were a few cars arriving or leaving at the same time. The front desk staff was also very helpful, answering a couple of questions over the phone that I had before booking the room, giving advice as to the best rideshare app to choose after I had arrived and always offering free cold bottles of water whenever I returned. They also brought extra towels and some different pillows while I was out for a few hours the second day. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, very nice and stocked with most everything you would need and the furniture and design of the rooms were all excellent. The room was quiet both from adjacent guests as well as any outside traffic. I was on the 14th floor (only accessible with my room key) and I never heard anybody inside or outside at night or during the day when I was there. I didn’t use the in room dining, mini bar or either of the restaurants but everything on the menu looked great. Will definitely look at booking and staying here when in Minneapolis again.

Great hotel, outstanding customer service. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Very clean rooms. Stay here most of the time when I am in MN and it' always feels like home. Everything about my stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I visited MSP for a weekend to see a show at the Walker Theatre for her 60th birthday. We stayed at the Ivy Hotel. Upon our arrival, we found a chilled bottle of Prosecco with champagne glasses and a tray of macarons in our room. We were centrally located to everything. We enjoyed a 20-minute walk to the Walker. We had access to several wonderful restaurants both inside and outside the hotel. Masa & Agave, a speakeasy-style cantina in the basement of the Hotel Ivy, served excellent drinks and Mexican food late into the evening. We capped off the visit with a massage treatment in the Ande Spa. The entire stay was exquisite!

This hotel property is nothing but gorgeous. Right when i got there i was greeted by the Shaun and he brought my luggage up to my room. Then I tried breva, even though the menu was a little small I still enjoyed the 2 meals I got. Same with masa a gave. The front desk ladies were so welcoming aswell. Overall my stay was very good. Minnesota is so beautiful I loved all the rivers and nature around. I Definitely want to come back with my friends!

The property is beautiful (highly recommend the spa) and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more thoughtful. It was my wife and my 10th anniversary, we mentioned this to them, and when we got back from our night out we came back to a bottle of champagne and a delicious chocolate cake with a handwritten note. My wife and I have travled for work and stayed at many hotels, this experience was something special. Thank you!

The hotel visit at this location has been nothing but a 10/10. The hotel staff was very polite, attentive, and very accommodating. We visited Anda Spa and I must say that the service along with the amenities made us feel like it was "heaven on earth". The valet Shawn M. gave exceptional service and only added to our great experience.

This hotel was simply wonderful! It started at the valet - each person was really helpful and pleasant. Then the front desk staff was super friendly and offered lots of information. Patricia went above and beyond when I shared it was a wedding anniversary celebration downtown. When we returned from dinner, a bottle of procesco on ice, a giant awesome slice of chocolate cake and a sweet note were waiting for us. The room itself was gorgeous and spotless. It was a splurge for us to stay at The Ivy and we know we will be back someday now that we experienced how nice it was!

Shawn was great! Very friendly, prompt, and professional!! My fiance and I stayed in the executive suite. We thought for what we paid it would have been a bit bigger, but we were happy with how clean it was. The restaurant/bar was great! We will definitely be back
