We used it on a tour to OZE. From the hotel to OZE to the OZE to the OZE to the hotel microbus I was able to go in time and was very convenient. The room was available for two people in the triple room and was relaxing. This room was located at the end of the building, with a front glass on one side, and the new green from the window was very clean. The room facilities were well equipped and sufficiently satisfied. The meal was dinner, breakfast and Viking, and many kinds were delicious. Dinner was delicious with tempura of mountain vegetables. The breakfast was delicious with bread.

Magnificent Onsen. Everything is in place for you to have a great vacation. We were picked up as soon as we arrived at JOMO-KOGEN station. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Clean and spacious room with the possibility of wearing a kimono. Special mention for MR HIROSCHI, who explained to us how to get to the HODAIGI ski resort and organized our stay. The hot bath site is exceptional and relaxing. Too bad there is a strict ban on taking photos. With common sense and good manners, privacy and respect for other users would not be impacted. Just don't make them appear in the photo.

Awesome hotel! Although some places look old, they are very clean and tidy, so they are not affected. Dinner is set but it's different every day, some days are amazing. Breakfast was buffet but basically nothing changed. The hot springs are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs. Snow falling on the body under the stars feels special. The hotel staff is the most hardworking I've ever seen, and the same person dials the front desk, the restaurant and so on. There is a young man named Pu who speaks some Chinese in South Korea who is very friendly and tries to meet the various needs of guests. The only thing that was not very satisfactory was the attitude of a typical Japanese male who was rather perfunctory. We wanted to change the dinner time one day and he refused. Later, I asked the young man named Park, he said yes, and then called and confirmed with the restaurant to help us improve our time. All in all a hotel worth visiting again.

There was a coffee service (tea, cold water) in the lobby, and I used it three times while sitting on a comfortable sofa. The room was 8 tatami mats, long and not large, but comfortable. Two keys and two yukatas. There is no open-air bath in the bath. The inner hot water was not a net door or a wind, so this hot time was steamy and hot. On the way, the cooler cooled his head at the dressing room where the cooler was scrambled. Other guests also said hohoho. This hot spring resort is a beautiful facility located on large, gorgeous grounds, less than two hours from Tokyo station. The Tanigawa mountain range mid-November offered a wonderful backdrop to our suite of three rooms including our private outdoor bath. We spent two days walking the grounds, enjoying the wonderful cuisine, taking numerous dips in our bath as well as experiencing dips in the the two larger communal baths. The service was impeccable, the refrigerator refilled regularly, and late night snacks delivered to our room both evenings. The facility is large but there are only about 16 suites so it feels very quiet and tranquil. Whether you are visiting Japan for the first time or are a frequent visitor to onsen resorts, you should consider staying at Bettei Senjuan. We think it is special.

I stayed here in April 2022 on the occasion of the expansion of Kenminwari. As the name of the inn suggests, the sound of the murmuring of the river never ceases. The hot springs are colorless and transparent, glittering and slippery. It is said that there are plenty of hot spring sources, and the spouts of all baths are drinkable. There is a large communal bath for men and women in the main building and a separate mixed bathing open-air bath, which is not connected to the bath in the main building. The hot water is completely transparent, so the hurdle for mixed bathing is high. However, there are separate dressing rooms for men and women, and bath clothes are available at the shop. Dinner is a kaiseki meal with lean beef steak grilled on a stone slab as the main dish. Mr. Nakai is a foreigner, but he does his best to explain the dishes. I bow my head like a hard worker in a foreign land. Inari sushi is prepared in the room for a late-night snack, but this is a grown-up taste mixed with wasabi stems. For breakfast, if you go at the exact time of your reservation, the dashimaki* will still be warm. There was a great attention to detail. There are many cherry blossoms planted in the garden of this inn, but this time it was a really elegant timing when the cherry blossoms in full bloom were blown by the wind and turned into a cherry blossom storm.
