前台一點不專業。訂的大床房直接看了一個雙床房。不看訂單嗎？這點簡單的專業知識都不具備嗎？大家一定要去看清楚269和200元的大床房是一模一樣的房間。問前台有什麼不一樣她自己都説的牛頭不對馬嘴 説不出個所以然。那請問訂價格貴的有什麼意義。幾十塊錢就當個教訓。房間衞生做的也不仔細。保安大哥坐在大堂沙發上聊天。專業的酒店管理都不具備。

這麼好的酒店，為什麼衞生這麼差！衞生太差太差。根本就沒有打掃乾淨，地上的煙頭都在！垃圾桶的煙頭也在。電視上一層的灰。這麼明顯的衞生問題都沒打掃好，更別説床單被罩啥的了。一直在找投訴方式！希望改進衞生問題。其他都很好
