Sleep Inn & Suites Airport

I have been here twice and the people are very friendly and very helpful. If you need anything, they will help you out, if possible. It's very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, and there is a variety too.

For a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

The staff were nice and helpful but the building really needs a refresh. Desk chair was torn, walls needed painting, lamps were covered in rust.

Really disappointed in the hotel and if I am ever back in the area I will choose another hotel. The air quality..or odor...of the inside of this hotel is terrible. Inside my room it was even worse. It smelled strongly of mold or mildew. I assumed it was coming from the HVAC unit. Also a great deal of the common areas are just plain "beat up" or worn out, scratched and dirty. The smell is noticeable as soon as you walk in the door...at least on Friday afternoon the front door was opened and some fresh air was coming in. The windows in the room were unable to be opened so I could not get any fresh air. The toilet seat was loose and nearly falling off the toilet. You would think the person who cleans the toilet would notice it needed to be repaired. There was no soap provided to shower with, there was only one bar of soap for handwashing. The plumbing fixture for the shower is also not working right....you pull up on the knob to get the shower going and it doesn't function properly...the water shoots out from the "Shower arm" and squirts water all over instead of going up the shower head. The curtains had brown stains on the fabric. About the only thing that was decent was the breakfast service. There were lots of choices for breakfast items that were good...except maybe the scrambled eggs that looked like fake eggs prepared in a microwave inside a plastic bag? Lucky for me I didn't get sick from breathing in the air inside your hotel. I was only there to sleep and shower and attend a funeral. I couldn't wait to check out and go home.

This is a fairly new property but it looks heavily used inside. The room was clean, but the elevator and common areas appeared scuffed and dirty. There is one elevator and it is very slow. The hotel is very close to the Milwaukee Airport. You can practically walk there. Breakfast is your typical freebie fare. I counted exactly two lonely apples as the healthy option. The waffle machine was great. Upon checkout, we had to make several trips to vacate our room. At the time, the housekeeping supervisor seemed to be in a hurry to have us leave, even though it was well before the checkout time of 11 AM. Given the slow elevator and other guests leaving, it took some time. We have stayed at Choice branded properties before and they seem to have a substandard commonality. They are adequate, not particularly well maintained, and a lower value than other brands in this class of hotel. I can't recommend this hotel for anything other than its proximity.

I found the hotel reasonably priced and very clean and comfortable. I will definately stay again if I visit Milwaukee again. The staff was friendly and helpful

The location was great. The staff were helpful. The pool was unclean and unsanitary making it unsafe for swimming. The room looked clean, yet odorous.

This stay was so disappointing The Whole building smells the pool has mold all over my lamps in my room looked like they never been clean I will never stay in this hotel ever again
