there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

Overnight stay here. Hotel clean but needing some maintenance to woodwork in the bathroom. Our sink plug got stuck which seems to be an ongoing issue having spoken to housekeeping on leaving. We had read the reviews before hand, Yes you do get external noise from the people leaving the hub (it was a Saturday night) so go prepared with ear plugs! Overall suited our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. A big shout out to Kelly for warming our croissants. We were able to have our cases stored before we checked in as arrived early. We easily got a parking space.

I have a son who’s on the spectrum so you can imagine how tedious it is for us to stay at a hotel but let me tell you from the minute we checked we MET Kevin , he made sure all my sons needs were met n the thing is he always did it with a smile even during the day we had the fire alarm he came to our room and helped me carry my son down the stairs!! He honestly made me tear up because it’s not a lot of places that have ppl like that! Whatever yall are paying that man you gotta double it.

We had a welcoming stay at the hub apart from 3 false fire alarms between 1800 and 0130 on Wednesday 5 Nov .All staff exceptional in their duties

Great stay….. had a fantastic stay rooms are spotless i had a meal in the evening was really nice, breakfast was fantastic the following morning all you can eat. The staff are all great but the manager went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and was always friendly. Thank you and I will be back
