This whole experience was magical from the moment we arrived. Debi and Zoe were outstanding in their commitment to helping us settle in. Our room was prepared earlier than we expected, and the girls showed us sights and gave us tips on where to go and who they recommend on car hire, cruises and quad bike rentals, (which were all very competitive on price , honest and easy to deal with). It is well located, across the road from the supermarket, not far from the port and close to most the restaurants and tavernas. Because of Debi we got out of our comfort zone and saw what makes Milos one of the greatest Islands to visit and explore. The room is so comfortable and quite large, very clean. It also had great amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods which are replaced every day. We had a balcony on our stay and that really made you feel part of the village. (Special shout out to the lady who serviced our room every day Maria, for her wonderful and unobtrusive style )

We stayed at the apartments at the end of a 5 week stay in the Cyclades. The apartment was large and could sleep 4 people with a triple bedroom and a day bed in the kitchen/ diner. The kitchen was fully equipped including coffee maker, toastie maker, and kettle. Outside terrace had a table with 4 chairs. Each morning we were greeted with a cool bag containing an amazing selection of breakfast food and drinks. The apartments are within easy walking distance to the port and various tavernas with bus links to other parts of the island. George who greeted us upon arrival was very professional and very informative about the island. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Arco Solium. We arrived late on our ferry so we appreciated that the concierge stayed up to check us in and welcome us. Our room had a king bed on ground level and a queen bed in a lofted area, which was more than enough space for the two of us. It was great to relax after a hard evening of travel (the waves were wild and there was quite a lot of seasickness happening for 2.5 hours). We rented a car through the company that is at the front desk, which was super convenient. The woman working there was super friendly and helpful and only charged us 20 euros more to keep the car for half the day the next day. There’s a free parking lot that is just across from the hotel so that was super convenient. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and has many traditional Greek pastries plus it’s next door to Artemis Bakery.

We had the pleasure of staying at Livanios Studios, and it was absolutely the best from start to finish. Situated in a great location makes it a perfect choice for anyone. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by John and Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Genuine kindness and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay. The studios are beautifully maintained, with a blend of modern comforts and traditional charm that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to small details, like the plush towels and toiletries, did not go unnoticed. It’s clear that they value guest comfort. Additionally, the location of the guesthouse is ideal—conveniently close to the best bakery, shops, the port, restaurants ect yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area is lovely for leisurely strolls and offers a glimpse into the local culture. John and Maria will also give you all the best advise on what to pick at the local bakery ;)

We had an outstanding stay at this boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, the entire staff made us feel very welcome and at home, always going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The hotel itself is very chic and comfortable. We spent many relaxing hours around the pool, enjoyed our walks into the town, the many nice restaurants, and visiting the sights and beaches of Sifnos. Overall, a top notch experience! Thanks again for your kindness and for looking after us so well.

This is the 14th time I have stayed at Ippocampos. The location just outside of the bustling center of Adamas is central to exploring the island without necessarily having to rent a car. The host family is simply wonderful and caters to your every need. The rooms and surroundings are kept immaculately clean, the view from my balcony is heavenly, and the local beach is close by. And not least the recent addition of a central breakfast buffet is amazing! My advice is to plan for more that just a couple of days here. Milos is a fascinating island, so give yourself time here instead of just saying ”hello” and ”goodby” and hopping away to another island. You will not regret it!
