Me and my two colleagues stayed in Kendeja Resort for two weeks in early November. Our luggage did not arrive but the manager lady kindly provided us with some toothpaste, sunscreen and other necessities. In addition, she organized someone to get our bags from the airport office when they finally arrived. The location of the hotel is a bliss. We loved the bungalows and waking up to the sound of the ocean. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The one thing we lost our patience with was the service - or lack of it - at the restaurant. Although the menu is long, in reality only a few of the options were available and it always took more than an hour for the simplest order to arrive. One of the waiters just rolled her eyes when giving feedback on the extra slow service. I personally didn't have problems with the internet but my colleagues did. This complicates things when on a business trip, so I would strongly recommend the hotel to work on improving this matter. Overall, we however loved the place and will probably stay there when returning to Liberia.
